2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a lead wire connecting device as shown in FIG. 1 has been used to connect speaker cords and the like. In Fig. 1, 1 is a panel such as a cabinet, 2 is a knob holder attached to the panel 1, 3 is a rotary knob slidably inserted into the holder 2, and 3a is provided at an eccentric position of the rotary knob 3. 4 is a board such as a printed circuit board placed inside a cabinet, etc.;
5 is a terminal plate fixed to the board 4, 6 is a conductive contact piece slidably attached to the terminal plate 5, 6a is a through hole formed in the upper surface of the contact piece 6, and 7 is a conductive contact piece that is attached to the contact piece 6. It is a conductive coil spring that is always biased upward.

In the above configuration, when a lead wire (not shown) is passed through the lead wire insertion hole 3a of the knob 3 and into the through hole 6a of the contact piece 6, and then the knob 3 is rotated to misalign the insertion hole 3a and the through hole 6a, the conductor portion of the lead wire is elastically held between the underside of the knob 3 and the contact piece 6, and as a result, the lead wire is connected to the terminal plate 5 via the contact piece 6 and the coil spring 7.

However, in this case, the coil spring 7 constitutes a part of the signal path, and since the coil spring 7 is usually made of a magnetic material, the magnetism of the coil spring 7 causes distortion in the passing signal. There is a problem with causing this. Moreover, since both ends of the coil spring 7 contact the surfaces of the terminal plate 5 and the contact piece 6 only at a point or in a very small area, the connection state becomes unstable.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, 8 is a panel, 9 is a knob holder attached to the panel 8, 10 is a rotary knob rotatably inserted into the holder 9,
10a is a lead wire insertion hole provided at an eccentric position of the rotary knob 10, 11 is a board such as a printed circuit board placed inside a cabinet, etc., 11a is a through hole provided in the board 11, and 12 is a hole in the board 11. A fixed terminal plate is provided facing the bottom surface of the rotary knob 10. The aforementioned rotary knob 10 is rotatably provided on the terminal plate 12. 12a
13 is a through hole provided on the rotation locus of the through hole 11a of the substrate 11 in the terminal plate 12, and 13 is the holder 9.
and the knob 10, and always biases the knob 10 toward the terminal board 12; 14 is an eyelet for fixing the holder 9 and the board 11; 15 is a lead wire; and 15a is its conductor part. .

In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 2, the insertion hole 10a of the knob 10 is aligned with the through holes 11a, 12a of the board 11 and the terminal plate 12, and in this state, the lead wire 15 is inserted through the insertion hole 10a into the through hole 11a. ,12
a, and then rotate the knob 10 as shown in FIG. 3 to open the insertion hole 10a, the through hole 11a,
When the position of the lead wire 12a is shifted, the conductor portion 15a of the lead wire 15 is held between the lower surface of the knob 10 and the terminal plate 12, and the conductor portion 15a is strongly crimped to the terminal plate 12 by the biasing force of the coil spring 13. At this time, the conductor portion 15a of the lead wire 15 is held in a bent state, so it is strong against pulling from the outside, and the lead wire 15 is directly connected to the terminal board 5 without any conductor in between. .

また、このように構成すれば、第1図に示した

Further, with this configuration, the contact piece 6 shown in FIG. 1 is not required, so the number of parts and assembly steps can be reduced, and the entire device can be made smaller.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the conductor part of the lead wire can be directly crimped to the terminal board, it is possible to completely eliminate distortion caused by coil springs and instability of the connection state due to point contact. Since there is no need to use a movable contact piece, the entire device can be made smaller and easier to assemble.
