Abstract

PURPOSE:To dispose a bundled part at the center of the resin and to simplify the forming work by placing the bundled part on protruded wires to make its center axis coincide with that of a cavity; the protruded wires are disposed in a unity at intervals to be perpendicular to the axis of the cavity on the inner periphery of the cavity of a metallic mold. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of protruded wires 3 are provided in a direction perpendicular to the axis of a cavity 2 on the inner surface of, at least, a lower metallic mold of the cavity 2 formed with an upper and a lower metallic mold 1, and they are disposed in a unity at proper intervals in the direction of the axis of the cavity 2; the bundled part of a wire harness 4 is placed on these protruded wires 3 to dispose the harness bundle along the center axis of the cavity 2. を載置してワイヤハーネス束をキャビティの中心軸に配
置し、然る後、金型の型締めにてキャビティを密閉して
、このキヤビティ内に樹脂を注入し、ワイヤハーネスを
成形するようにした方法を提供せんとするものである。

直交する方向へ周設されてなる突条(3)をキャビティ
(2)の軸方向に渉って複数個適宜間隔をおいて一体的
に形設しておく。

にワイヤハーネスの束部分を載置して上記ワイヤハーネ
ス束を上下金型にて構成されるキャビティの中心上に配
設し、然る後、上記密閉されたキャビティ内に樹脂を注
入し、ワイヤハーネスの束部分を成形するようにしたこ
とを特徴とするワイヤハーネスの成形方法。
