ピストン・シリンダ等を連結してカセツトホルダ
を緩慢且つ無衝撃の下に回動させる機構が採用さ
れているが、この様なピストン・シリンダ型のシ
ヨクアブソーバは高価でしかも大型であるため小
型・軽量を目的とするカセツトテープレコーダ等
には元来不向きであり、これに変わるエジエクト
機構の出現が望まれていた。

記ホルダを開放する毎に、摩擦片とシヤーシの不
快な摺接音が発生する。さらに、通常ホルダの回
動ストローク(カセツト出入位置とカセツト装着
位置までの距離)はそれほど長くないので、摩擦
片とシヤーシの一箇所で一方向の摺接摩擦では充
分なホルダのブレーキ力が得難く、それを解消す
るためにはシヤーシに対し極めて強い力で摩擦片
を圧着させる必要があるが、摺接音の増大を招く
ことになると共に、摩擦片とシヤーシをバネ力に

たコンパクトにホルダと本機間に機構を組込み
得、構造の簡略化とコスト低下を容易に図り得る
エジエクト機構を提供しようとするものである。
