Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a laser-welded part from being separated out of place or cracks from generating on an area near a laser-welded part of leaf spring by providing a stopper which restricts the rotation of the rear end of an armature. CONSTITUTION:When wire 7 contacts a printing medium, a stopper 11a is contacted by an armature 6 immediately after leaf spring 5 touches a side yoke 9 by rotation of the armature 6 centering around the vicinity of a junctioned part between the wire 7 and the armature 6 under the inertia effect of the armature 6. Under this constitution, the magnetic flux of a magnet 3 is canceled by energization of a coil 2, and a leaf spring 5 is separated from a base yoke 1 by the elastic force of the leaf spring 5, causing the wire 7 to move toward a printing medium and contact the latter for printing. When the wire 7 touches the printing medium, a separation force which works between the armature 6 and the leaf spring 5 decreases because the rotation of the rear end of the armature is restricted by a stopper 11b. Subsequently the possibilities of the laser-welded part being separated out of place or cracks generating near the laser-welded part of the leaf spring are reduced.

The stopper 10a restricts the movement of the wire 7 and the armature 6 when the print head is driven without a print medium (hereinafter referred to as "dry printing").
This is provided to prevent the plate spring 5 from being used in both directions and to prevent the plate spring 5 from breaking.

First, when the coil 2 is not energized, the magnetic flux of the magnet 3 passes through the base yoke 1, plate spring 5, armature 6, side yoke 9, plate spring 5, and auxiliary yoke 4. Since a magnetic attraction force is generated between them, the plate spring 5 is deformed and is in contact with the base yoke 1.

Next, when the coil 2 is energized, the magnetic flux of the coil 2 is applied to the magnet 3 in the gap between the armature 6 and the base yoke l.
In order to cancel the magnetic flux, the plate spring 5 separates from the base yoke 1 due to the elastic force of the plate spring 5. At this time, the wire 7 moves together with the plate spring 5, and the wire 7 moves toward the print medium and comes into contact with the print medium, thereby performing printing.

In addition, since the wire 7 does not come into contact with the print medium during blank printing, the leaf spring 5 momentarily comes into contact with the side yoke 9 as shown in FIG.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional configuration described above, when the wire 7 comes into contact with the print medium, the inertia of the armature 6 causes the wire 7 to rotate around the vicinity of the joint between the wire 7 and the armature 6, and the leaf spring 5 comes into contact with the side yoke 9, the leaf spring 5 receives a force from the side yoke 9 in the direction shown by arrow A, as shown in FIG. As a result, a force is applied between the leaf spring 5 and the armature 6 to separate them, which may cause the laser welded part to come off, or the leaf spring near the laser welded part to crack. It had some problems.

Embodiment FIG. 1 is a half-sectional view of a print head in an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a base yoke, 2 is a coil, 3 is a magnet, 4 is an auxiliary yoke, 5 is a leaf spring, 6 is an armature, 7 is a wire, 8 is a tip guide, and 9 is a side yoke, and since these have the same configuration as the conventional example, they are given the same numbers and their explanation will be omitted. 11 supports the tip guide 8, and the stoppers 11a and l of the armature 6
The nose has a lb. As in the conventional example, the stopper 113 is provided to prevent the plate spring 5 from breaking by regulating the movement of the wire 7 and the armature 6 when the print head is driven without a print medium. . In addition, the stopper 11b is such that when the wire 7 comes into contact with the printing medium, the armature 6 rotates around the joint area between the wire 7 and the armature 6 due to the inertial force of the armature 6, and the plate spring 5 causes side yaw. The armature 6 is configured to abut against the Mvi that abuts on the armature 9.

Next, when the coil 2 is energized from this state, the magnet 3
, the elastic force of the plate spring 5 causes the plate spring 5 to separate from the base yoke 1, and the wire 7 moves toward the print medium and comes into contact with the print medium, thereby performing printing. At this time, when the wire 7 comes into contact with the print medium, the armature 6 is driven mainly near the tip, and continues to be driven even after the leaf spring 5 comes into contact with the side yoke 9, but the stopper 11b causes the armature 6 to move. Since the driving of the rear end is restricted, the separating force acting between the armature 6 and the leaf spring 5 is reduced. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the possibility of the laser welded portion coming off or the occurrence of cracks in the vicinity of the laser welded portion of the leaf spring.

According to this embodiment, since the rear end of the armature 6 comes into contact with the stopper 11b, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of high-order imaging of the plate spring 5, and it is possible to maintain stable printing quality.

Effects of the Invention The present invention is provided with a stopper that regulates the drive of the rear end of the armature, and since the drive of the armature is regulated by the stopper during printing, these parts acting between the plate spring and the armature are The force that tries to pull them apart can be suppressed, reducing the possibility of the laser welded part between the leaf spring and the armature coming off, or the occurrence of cracks in the vicinity of the laser welded part of the leaf spring.
