【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、一般建築、工場、船舶等の各種機器
を作動する水圧ポンプ、油圧ポンプ等の運転時に
生ずる騒音、振動等を防止する脈動防止装置に関
するものである。

オーターハンマー現象や脈動現象(第2図a参
照)が生ずるとポンプ配管の破損を招くのみなら
ず、騒音や振動が生じて公害問題にまで発展して
しまう。

ーシング内に挿入保持して上記液体通管をポンプ
配管に接続し、且つ上記ケーシング内には液体通
管内圧力上昇時に膨張する前記弾性チユーブの膨
張部分を収容するように空洞を設けると共に弁を
設けたものが一般に使用されている。しかし上記
のものは、弾性チユーブ取付けの際、該チユーブ
の鍔部にねじり力を与え完全な締付けが困難でケ
ーシングから外れたり液漏れを生ずる虞れがある
のみならず、上記鍔部は破損し易い欠点がある。
また、実開昭49−49741号公報に示されるように、
管内のウオーターハンマーの起りやすい個所に気
嚢を収容した盲管を連通したものもあるが、これ
は盲管を有しているため、狭い場所に取付けるこ
とができず、また独立気嚢であるため長期間使用
していると内部の気体がぬけてしまい充分な脈動
防止効果を果たせない欠点がある。

周に弾性チユーブを螺旋状に巻いて上記両端鍔間
の空隙に収め、これらを直円筒状のケーシング内
に挿入し且つ上記弾性チユーブには圧力気体を封
入するバルブを設け、上記鍔とケーシングとの間
を液密となしたことを特徴とするものである。

を通る液体に脈動が生じても、弾性チユーブの変
形の繰り返しにより脈動エネルギーが吸収され、
ウオーターハンマー現象や騒音が防止される。

5を螺旋状に巻きつけて装備する。この弾性チユ
ーブ5はゴム等の弾性材をもつて形成され両端は
閉塞し端部には該チユーブ内に圧力気体を封入で
きるようにバルブ6を備えている。

4に侵入し弾性チユーブ5を圧縮してバランスが
保たれる。また該圧力波が谷となる場合弾性チユ
ーブ5が膨張して上記侵入液体を通液孔2から液
体通管1内へ押し戻す。即ち弾性チユーブの変形
の繰り返しにより脈動エネルギーを吸収しウオー
ターハンマー現象や騒音を防止できる。
