【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、タンク内の水を加熱して温水とな
し、水の押上げにより、温水を供給するようにし

従来、電気温水器は、第1図側断面図から、タ
ンク2内部には、シーズヒータの如くヒータ4が
設けられ、タンク2内の水を温水となすものであ
る。タンク2内に流入する水は、電気温水器1の
上面の水流入口6から、接続管5を通り、タンク
2下面から、タンク2内に突出した水吐出管8よ
り吐出される。また水の押上げにより、タンク2
内の温水をタンク2上面に設けた、温水吐出口7
から供給するようになつている。図中10は、ド
レン管である。そして、タンク2内の温水と水吐
出管8から出る水が混合することのないように、
水吐出管8には、板状のバツフル9が設けられ
る。この電気温水器1において、バツフル9の取
付構造は、第2図側断面図から水吐出管8に、バ
ツフル8から延在したバツフル支持棒11を溶接
し、ライニング処理を施すもの、あるいは、黄
銅、ステンレスなどで製作したバツフル9を水吐
出管8にネジ止めして、取付けるのみのものなど
があるが、ライニング処理を施すものにあつて
は、ライニング処理の不完全により、タンク2内
に設けられる防食用マグネシウム棒3の寿命が短
かくなる欠点があり、さらに、ネジ止めしてバツ
フル9を取付けるものにおいても、同様に防食用
マグネシウム棒3の寿命が短かくなる欠点を有す
るとともに、バツフル9の取付けが溶接、ネジ止
めなど困難な作業であり、手間がかかるものであ

例を説明すると、タンク2内に突出して設けられ
る水吐出管8と、この水吐出管8に設けられるバ
ツフル9において、タンク2内面と、このタンク
2内に突出する水吐出管8には、ライニング処理
が施されている。バツフル支持棒11は、バツフ
ル9面に一方端部12を支持し、バツフル9面下
方に延在して、バツフル9面にほぼ平行に折曲し
た保持部13を有するものである。バツフル9面
に支持するバツフル支持棒11の一方端部12
は、実施例においては、U字形に形成されたもの
で、このU字形に形成した一方端部12が、バツ
フル9の凹部面に位置し、固定板14とバツフル
9面間を、リベツト16で固定することにより支
持している。このバツフル支持棒11は、バツフ
ル9に一対設けられるもので、水吐出管8の外周
面に設けた凹部15に、バツフル支持棒11の支
持部13が係合して、バツフル9が水吐出管8に
取付けられている。すなわち、バツフル支持棒1
1は、一方端部12がバツフル9に支持されてい
るのみであり、保持部13の並行した間隔中に、
水吐出管8を取付けるもので、バツフル支持棒1
