Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) A light-emitting member having a phosphor-containing paint coating layer that emits light using ultraviolet light, an ultraviolet light source provided on the back surface of the light-emitting member, and a light-emitting member provided on the front surface of the light-emitting member. 1.
