For example, there is an escalator device that can transport wheelchairs, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-41555, but in order to prevent accidents such as the wheelchair falling off the steps when transporting a wheelchair user, an attendant must ride the escalator. There was a problem with my practical skills as I had to ride with him.

That is, a special step 3' is arranged between the general steps 3 and connected by a step chain 4, and the step chain 4 is driven by a drive device (not shown) provided in the main frame 1.
In general, the special steps 3, 3' are circulated through the circuit 2. At this time, the front wheels 3b, 3'b are guided by the front wheel rail 5, and the rear wheels 3c, 3'c are guided by the rear wheel rail 6.
3' moves horizontally at the end of the outgoing path 2a, and moves obliquely while maintaining a horizontal attitude at the middle part of the outgoing path 2a. Further, under normal conditions, the electromagnet 8c of the actuating device 8 is deenergized, and the actuating rod 8b is held in the retracted position by the urging member 8e, resulting in the state shown in FIG.
The second roller 32f does not engage with the operating rail 7, and the first link 32a is rotated clockwise in FIG. 2 by the biasing body 32h, and the tread plate 31 of the special step 3' moves backward as shown in FIG. It is held in position and circulated together with the general steps 3 to transport general passengers. When transporting a wheelchair user, the electromagnet 8c is energized by manual operation, and the actuating rod 8b of the actuating device 8 protrudes against the urging member 8e, causing the actuating rail 7 to move as shown in FIG. The movable mechanism 32 is moved forward and placed in an engagement position with the roller 32f of the movable mechanism 32. Therefore, when the special step 3' moves from a horizontal movement at the end of the outgoing path 2a to an inclined movement, the roller 32f is engaged with the operating rail 7, is displaced, and is guided to the operating rail 7 over the entire area in the middle of the outgoing path 2a. be done.
At this time, the input body 32e of the movable mechanism 32 is pressed against the biasing body 32h via the roller 32f, and the first link 32a is rotated counterclockwise in FIG. It rises and is placed at a position corresponding to the tread surface of the adjacent general step 3 as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6. Therefore, the first
As shown in the figure, at one end of the outgoing path 2a of the circulation path 2, a wheelchair step 9 is constructed by a general step 3 and an adjacent special step 3' with a tread 31 in the retracted position.
is formed, and when the wheelchair 11 is loaded in this space and the escalator is operated, the special step 3' of the wheelchair step 9 on which the wheelchair 11 is placed shifts to an inclined movement, and the tread 31 is raised by the operation of the movable mechanism 32. The loading space for the wheelchair 11 is maintained horizontally. Then, the special steps 3' on which the wheelchair is placed are the outward route 2.
As one approaches the other end of the wheel, the operating rail 7 causes the footboard 31 to gradually move backward, so that the loading space for the wheelchair is maintained horizontally, and the wheelchair steps 3, 3' move horizontally. On the other hand, when the wheelchair 11 is loaded onto the wheelchair steps 9, the following operations are performed by escalator managers located at the upper and lower landing areas. That is,
To explain the case where the wheelchair 11 is transported from the lower end to the upper end of the outward path 2a, that is, transported upward,
The wheelchair step 9 is stopped in the state shown in FIG.
screwed into b. Next, the wheelchair 11 passenger is loaded onto the wheelchair steps 9, the mooring device 10 is wrapped around the wheelchair 11, and the wheelchair 11 is moored by connecting the wheelchair 11 with the chain 10c using the hook 10d. After the escalator is operated in this state and the wheelchair step 9 reaches the upper end of the outbound route 2a and stops, the manager of the upper exit removes the hook 10d and releases the mooring of the wheelchair 11 from the wheelchair step 9. The wheelchair 11 is lowered, and the mooring device 10 is then removed from the mounting portion 31b, and the general passenger is transported. Note that when the wheelchair 11 is transported downward, the same operation as when it is transported upward is performed, so a detailed explanation will be omitted. Since 11 passengers in wheelchairs are transported in this way, accidents such as falling during incline movement do not occur, and safety can be ensured without the need for an attendant to support the wheelchair, making the escalator system easy for wheelchair users to use. is obtained.
Furthermore, by appropriately selecting the position at which the hook 10d is hung on the chain 10c, wheelchairs 11 of all sizes, from large to small, can be easily moored. Furthermore, the mooring device 10 can be manufactured to be lightweight and compact, making it convenient to carry and operate.

Note that even in the case of an escalator in which the general steps 3 in this embodiment are not provided and only a large number of steps for wheelchairs are arranged in succession, by providing the mooring device 10, the escalator can be safely operated without the need for an attendant to ride the escalator. The effect of transporting a wheelchair user can be obtained.

That is, the metal fitting 10a is engaged with the attachment part 31b, the mooring device 10 is attached to the wheelchair step 9, and the wheelchair 11 is moored. It is clear that the same effect as the embodiment shown in FIG. 8 can be obtained. The metal fitting 10a is convenient because it is made of a spring and can be attached to and detached from the mounting portion 31b by a simple operation.

As explained above, this invention is provided with a wheelchair step configured to have a depth dimension that allows the loading of the wheelchair and for transporting the loaded wheelchair while maintaining a horizontal posture. The wheelchair is moored on one side by a mooring device that is manually attached to the mounting portion of the wheelchair step tread to prevent the wheelchair from falling during transportation.
This provides an escalator device that can safely transport a wheelchair user without the need for an attendant to ride with him and that can be easily used by the wheelchair user.
