たスパッタの塊を近接スイッチが被検出体として検出し
、正常な動作が妨げられる欠点があり、また近接スイッ
チのハウジング外周にスパッタが付着したばあいにはそ
のハウジングと締付はナツトあるいはワッシャーとを固
定しtこれがため近接スイッチの交換時にこれを取外す
ことができなくなることがあり、さらにそのスパッタが
ケーブルに付着したばあいには、一般にその外被は軟質
の塩化ビニルで形成されているために、その外被が溶け
てしまうおそれがある。
