粒子を分離捕集するサイクロンと、このサイクロ
ンで捕集された固体微粒子を貯留する集じんホツ
パと、この集じんホツパの出口に弁を介して連通
されたロツクホツパと、このロツクホツパの出口
に弁を介して連通された供給ホツパと、この供給
ホツパから排出される固体微粒子を前記反応器に
供給する粉体混合分配器とを有する固体微粒子捕
集循環供給装置において、前記サイクロンと集じ
んホツパとの連通部に介装された仕切弁と、前記
集じんホツパ内と連通する抽気ガス配管と、この
抽気ガス配管に取付けられたフイルタと、前記抽
気ガス配管に、バージガスを供給するガス供給手
段とを具備したことを特徴とする固体微粒子の捕
