As a conventional example of the above-mentioned form storage device, a fixed stacker is placed below a hopper that can be moved up and down to keep the top level of the form sent out from the hopper constant, and the form sent out from the hopper is processed. Some devices are designed to be stored in a stacker after passing through a department and a form conveyance section. However, in the conventional case, the form delivery position of the form transport section is fixed at the form entrance of the stacker in accordance with the maximum stack amount of forms. For this reason, firstly, the overall height including the hopper and stacker becomes very large, resulting in a problem that the device becomes large. Another problem is that when the amount of stacked forms in the stacker is small, the height difference between the stacked form position and the stacked form level is large, so that the forms cannot be stored properly.

Generally speaking, the present invention provides a form storing device as described above, in which a swingable belt conveyor whose one end is rotatably supported on a support shaft is provided in a form sending section of a form conveying section, and the belt conveyor Orienting the form delivery end on the other end side to the form entrance part of the scraper,
The form sending end of the belt conveyor is configured to move up and down with the support shaft as a fulcrum in response to the up and down movement of the hopper by being slidably locked to a locking tool provided on the lower surface of the hopper. It is.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the belt conveyor 10 has a drive shaft 18 and a driven shaft 19 rotatably provided on brackets 16 and 17 at both ends of a guide plate 15 curved upward, respectively. The belt 22 is wound around the fixed pulleys 20 and 21, and the drive shaft 18 is driven by the drive pulley P (shown by imaginary lines in FIG. 5) and the drive belt (not shown), so that the belt 22 is rotated as shown in FIG. By rotating the form 3 in the counterclockwise direction as shown in FIG.
The sheet is sandwiched between the belt 22 and conveyed from the end on the drive shaft 18 side (form insertion end) to the end on the driven shaft 19 side (form delivery end).
As shown in FIG. 1, the drive shaft 18 of the belt conveyor 10 is connected to the device frame F (shown by imaginary lines in FIG. 5) near the form exit of the drum 8 and the conveyor belt 9.
The belt conveyor 10 is rotatably mounted on a bearing with a bearing, so that the belt conveyor 10 can move around the drive shaft 18 as shown by a phantom line 10a. Incidentally, a notch 14a is formed in the front guide 14 of the hopper 1 in preparation for the swinging of the belt conveyor 10 to the imaginary line position 10a. On the other hand, the driven shaft 19 of the belt conveyor 10 is freely supported in the long hole 24 of the bracket 23 attached to the lower surface of the hopper 1, as shown in FIG. Move up and down in the direction.

The guide plate 15 of the belt conveyor 10 is provided with a guide 25 (FIG. 3) and a slit 26 (FIGS. 3 and 5) on the side of the document insertion end to ensure insertion of the document. Further, a similar slit 27 (FIG. 3) and a guide 28 for preventing the form from bouncing back in the stacker 2 are formed on the form sending end side.

Next, the storage of forms into the stacker by the above-mentioned apparatus will be explained. Drum 8 and conveyor belt 9
The form 3 sent out from the form outlet is inserted between the guide plate 15 and the belt 22 at the form insertion end of the belt conveyor 10 as shown in FIG.
Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the guide plate 15 and the belt 2
2, and is sent out from the form sending end of the belt conveyor 10 to the stacker 2, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG.
is in the lower position, and therefore the form sending end of the belt conveyor 10 is also in the lower position as shown by the solid line, and the height difference h between the form sending position and the form stack level is
is set to a size that allows for good stacking of forms. As the number of forms 3 in the hopper 1 decreases, that is, as the amount of stacks in the stacker 2 increases, the hopper 1 gradually rises, and the form sending end of the belt conveyor 10 also gradually rises accordingly. The height difference h from the stack level of the stacker 2 is kept almost constant.

As described above, in the form storage device of the present invention, the height difference between the form delivery position and the form stack level is maintained almost constant throughout by the swinging of the belt conveyor 10, and therefore, the form is stored in good condition. .

Also, as shown in Figure 1, the total height H including hopper 1 and stacker 2 is the height of hopper 1.
h 1 , the stack amount h 2 of stacker 2, and the minimum necessary distance h 3 between hopper 1 and the form stack level (H=h 1 +h 2 +h 3 ). In this case, h 1 + h 2
is approximately equal to the height h 0 (not shown) of the hopper 1 when it is fully loaded, and remains constant throughout. That is, h 1 and h 2 change inversely proportionally, and when h 1 = h 0 , h 2 =0. On the other hand, when the conventional form sending unit is of a fixed type, h2 is fixedly set according to the maximum stack amount. That is, in the case of the present invention, the overall height H can be reduced by approximately the maximum stack amount compared to the conventional structure, and a dramatic reduction in size is possible.

As is clear from the above description, the form storage device according to the present invention has many advantages such as being very small, capable of storing forms well, and having a very simple structure, and has many advantages in practical use. The effect is significant.

In the illustrated example, the driven shaft 19 of the belt conveyor is connected to the hopper 1 with a bracket 23 as a means for swinging the belt conveyor 10 in accordance with the vertical movement of the hopper 1, but other means are also possible. . For example, a structure may be adopted in which the form sending end of the belt conveyor 10 is left completely free and is pressed against the lower surface of the hopper by a spring or the like.
