自在に嵌合配置された第１歯車及び一端側に嵌合
配置された第２歯車と、前記回転軸の他端側に配
置されて前記第１歯車と前記回転軸とを連結する
クラツチ手段とを備え、前記第１歯車と第２歯車
との一側をベアリングを介して固定側に支持する
と共に、両歯車の他側間に嵌合部を形成し、この
嵌合部間にベアリングを介在させて両歯車を連れ
