Abstract

PURPOSE:To accurately display the amount of the liquid in a cartridge liquid tank, by deciding the acting point of load so that the force applied to a load sensor is certainly proportional to the amount of the liquid in the cartridge liquid tank. CONSTITUTION:The total wt. of a cartridge liquid tank 2 is imparted only at the part where a valve 13B is brought into contact with a projection 11A so as to provide a slight gap between the upper surface of an auxiliary liquid tank 8 and the lower surface of the cartridge liquid tank 2. Since not only the distance between the center 4A of the revolution of the support member 4 of the auxiliary liquid tank 8 and the contact point of the valve 13B and the projection 11A but also that between said center of revolution and the contact point of a load sensor 10 and a press part 4B are respectively decided, if the slight friction force generated with respect to the force in the lateral direction generated between the outer frame 9 and guide plate 9A preventing the inclination of the cartridge liquid tank 2 is neglected, the wt. of the liquid in the cartridge liquid tank 2 can be accurately transmitted to the load sensor 10.

Conventionally, for example, in heating machines called kerosene fan heaters, an IJ type oil tank has often been used to replenish kerosene as fuel. This is very convenient for handling, but it does not measure the remaining amount of oil in the cartridge oil tank to display the time to replenish kerosene, but instead it is inside the auxiliary oil tank for oil level adjustment that hides the cartridge oil tank. The oil level is detected using a float switch, etc. Therefore, even if the remaining amount of oil in the cartridge oil tank becomes zero, as long as the oil level in the auxiliary oil tank is at the full position, there will be no indication that replenishment is required. However, since the volume of the auxiliary oil tank is very small, normally If the combustion condition continues for a short time (e.g. 1012
It is inconvenient for the user to have to replenish at 0 ml (l) and suddenly be forced to replenish in the middle of a cold night.

In order to improve the inconveniences of the conventional device, a device equipped with a liquid level indicator invented by Kiyoshi Wood displays information mainly related to the amount of oil in the cartridge oil tank.
Related to '17C, in order to display the liquid amount more accurately than this, the cartridge liquid tank and the auxiliary liquid tank are in contact with each other at a predetermined point, which causes a change in physical quantities such as resistance value depending on the weight. This device is equipped with a display device that indicates the amount of liquid in the cartridge liquid tank using, for example, a meter as a mechanism that can apply a load to the sensor according to the exact amount of liquid.

FIG. 1 schematically shows a cartridge tank for storing kerosene for a kerosene fan heater and other devices as an embodiment of the present invention, and the symbol 1 indicates the base of the kerosene fan heater. Auxiliary oil flt8 for adjusting the oil level on which the cartridge oil tank 2 is placed is mounted on the stand 1, and its right end lower surface is supported by a support member 4 in the vertical direction by a slight dimension, for example, about 2 to 3 mm, depending on the weight of the oil in the cartridge oil tank. It is designed to allow for corresponding movement, but not to move easily in other directions. Although the cartridge liquid tank is supported by the outer frame 9, guide plate 98, etc. so as not to tilt as much as possible, it is considered that almost the entire weight is applied onto the auxiliary oil tank a. Thus, the pressing part 4B provided on the opposite side of the support member 4 of the auxiliary liquid tank 8 is configured to transmit the weight of the cartridge liquid tank to the load sensor 10 accurately and proportionally. 6 The main purpose of the present invention is to determine the location where each load is applied, and the output of the load sensor against the load must be accurately proportional to the amount of liquid in the cartridge liquid tank. This allows the display to operate correctly. To provide a supplementary explanation of the symbols shown in Fig. 1, the combustion burner 5 is filled with auxiliary oil P! I8 is connected to a pump (not shown) by an oil feed pipe 5A, and the air heated by the heat exchanger 6 is sent into the room by a fan (not shown), which is a well-known type.

In order to explain the gist of the invention in detail, Fig. 2 shows a replenishment port 12 for replenishing the liquid (power oil), and when replenishing the liquid into the cartridge, the cartridge liquid tank must be turned in the opposite direction to that shown in the figure. Naturally, it is placed on the upper side repeatedly, but this is done to prevent the liquid inside from leaking when it is placed in the normally used position as shown. That is, a cap 13 that is screwed onto the threaded portion 12A of the supply port 12 is tightened via a packing material 18G made of a material such as rubber. A hole 18A is bored in the center of the cap 18, and a bottomed cylindrical valve 1 is inserted into which a packing material 18E is pressed.
8B and a spring 130 are movably supported within the cylindrical body 18D. The cylindrical body 18D fixed to the cap 18 has a hole 1311' through which the liquid flows out, and has a cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. 8 so that the liquid can flow between it and the side surface of the valve 13B. doing.

A hole 3mm is bored in the center of the auxiliary liquid 13, and a cup-shaped valve opening portion 11 having a flange portion that rides around this hole is placed. There is a protrusion 11A in the center of the valve opening part 11.
is fixed, and the upper tip of the valve 1313 is connected by spring 1 using only the weight of the cartridge liquid tank (there is no liquid inside).
The design is such that the opening valve 1313 opens sufficiently against the restoring force of 80 and is pushed up until the upper end surface of the opening valve 1313 comes into contact with the circular surface of the upper wall of the cylindrical body 18D. is in circulation,
In addition, a hole 11B is bored to keep the liquid level constant.

In this state, there is a slight gap between the upper surface of the auxiliary liquid tank 8 and the lower surface of the cartridge liquid tank 2, that is, even if the cartridge liquid tank is filled with liquid, the valve 11
Cartridge Qt only at the contact part between B and protrusion 11A.
It is designed to support the entire weight of 1. Therefore, since the distances between the center of rotation 4A of the support member 4 of the auxiliary liquid tank, the contact point between the valve 13B and the protrusion 11A, and the contact point between the load sensor 10 and the pressing part 4B are determined, the cartridge liquid tank 2 is If you ignore the slight frictional force that occurs in response to the lateral force that occurs between the outer frame 9 and the guide plate 9A that prevents it from tilting,
The weight of the liquid in the IJ Tsuji liquid tank 2 can be accurately transmitted to the load sensor.

Next, explaining another embodiment shown in FIG.
8A is bored, and the liquid supply port 12 of the cartridge liquid tank 22 is arranged so as to match therewith, and a protrusion 28B that contacts the lower surface of the cartridge liquid tank 22 is provided near the center of the auxiliary liquid tank 23. It is something that Other symbols are the same as those in FIG. 2, so explanations thereof will be omitted. It is not necessary to have the strength to withstand when the cartridge is dropped, and since the impact force is borne by the lower surface of the cartridge liquid tank 22 and the protrusion 28B, it is very easy to design the cartridge to increase the strength of this part. There is an effect. However, in the case of this embodiment, the force required to open the valve 18B, that is, the force to compress the spring 180, is approximately 50 grams, and the force applied to the protrusion 23B is approximately 500 grams (when the amount of liquid in the liquid tank is zero). There is almost no problem if it is within the range of about 5 kilograms (in the case of ), but care must be taken because if a large force is required to open the valve 13B, a considerable error will occur.

With the conventional method of placing the cartridge liquid tank on top of the auxiliary oil scum for liquid level adjustment and measuring the level of the liquid in the auxiliary oil for liquid level adjustment, the level of liquid in the auxiliary oil for liquid level adjustment is measured regardless of the amount of liquid remaining in the cartridge liquid tank. However, with the present invention, the point of application of the load is determined so that the force applied to the load sensor is reliably proportional to the amount of liquid in the cartridge liquid tank. Since it can accurately display the amount of liquid in the cartridge liquid tank, which provides a great sense of security for the user, it is also an industrial product that can be manufactured economically and at low cost.
