Traditionally, many tube feeding solutions are canned, and when administering to a patient, the canned food must be warmed to an appropriate temperature and then
The drug is transferred to a separately prepared container and administered to the patient, but this transfer not only complicates the administration procedure but also poses a risk of bacterial contamination. In addition, powdered tube feeding tablets are dissolved in warm water to prepare a nutrient solution with a predetermined concentration, which is then administered to the patient, but this also requires complicated steps such as preparing and heating the solution. Not only is this a problem, but it also poses a risk of bacterial contamination.

The present invention heats and administers tube feeding solution as a series of operations without the need for transferring the solution.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a synthetic resin bag for tube nutrient solution that can be carried out aseptically. Namely, the present invention aims to provide a synthetic resin bag for tube nutrient solution that can be carried out aseptically. This bag is made of synthetic resin and is lined with a liquid, and the bag is composed of a main body for storing liquid, an edge that seals around the main body, and an appropriate edge on the upper edge of the bag. A hole for hanging is provided at each location, and a liquid extraction part is provided at the lower end of the main body. The outer surface of the main body forming the liquid extraction part is provided with an insertion hole with a diameter slightly smaller than the liquid removal needle in the center. A rubber-like elastic plate pad with an opening is inserted,
Furthermore, on at least one side of the main body,
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin bag for tube nutrient solution, characterized in that a see-through portion with a liquid volume display scale is formed.

The synthetic resin bag 1 that seals and stores the tube nutritional solution is
It is composed of a main body part 1a that accommodates a liquid, and an edge part 1b that seals around the main body part 1a. Such a synthetic resin bag 1 itself is well known as, for example, a retort pouch, and the tube nutrient solution is sealed in the following order: the tube nutrient solution 2 is placed in the bag 1, the mouth is sealed, and the bag is heat sterilized. This is not substantially different from the case of a retort pouch. The bag 1 usually has a rectangular rectangular shape in plan view, and may have a very ordinary shape without self-standing as shown in FIG. 1, or it may be folded in two as shown in FIG. It may have a self-supporting structure that can be made self-supporting by opening the lid portion 1c as appropriate. In order to obtain long-term storage stability, the inner surface of the bag 1 is lined with metal foil such as aluminum foil (not shown) to provide gas barrier properties and light shielding properties. In this case, a synthetic resin film (not shown) made of polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., which is harmless to the human body and has good heat sealability, is formed on the inner surface of the aluminum foil.

When administering the liquid content 2 to an appropriate location on the upper edge 1b of the bag 1, for example, near one corner of the bag 1,
A hanging hole 3 is formed for hanging the bag 1 from a supporting arm b (see FIG. 4) extending from a support a of a stand (not shown).

Further, a liquid extraction portion 4 is formed at an appropriate location on the lower end portion of the main body portion 1a of the bag 1, for example, at a diagonal position of the hanging hole 3. The liquid extraction part 4 is made of a highly elastic material such as rubber, in order to prevent the liquid extraction needle c of the infusion set inserted into the liquid extraction part 4 from naturally pulling out and leaking from the insertion part. 5 is reinforced. This cover 5 is formed with an insertion opening 5a having a diameter slightly smaller than that of the needle c in order to facilitate insertion of the draining needle c. Such a pad 5 may be attached in advance to the liquid extraction part 4 of the bag 1 using an adhesive, but it may also be attached, for example, immediately before the content liquid 2 is administered. Figures 6-7 are
A preferred embodiment of the pad 5 in the latter case is shown, and in this case, release paper 6a,
6b is provided, and when the release paper 6b on the back side is peeled off, the adhesive layer 7b remains on the pad 5 side, and the pad 5 can be adhered to the liquid extraction part 4 using this adhesive layer 7b. When the adhesive layer 6a is peeled off, the adhesive layer 7a is removed together with the release paper 6a, and the surface of the cover 5 is exposed. In this way, the surface of the pad 5 can be maintained in a sterile state until immediately before administration.

A transparent portion 9 with a liquid amount display scale 8 is formed on at least one side of the main body portion 1a of the bag 1, for example, on the same side as the liquid extraction portion 4. When the bag 1 is lined with aluminum foil or the like, such lining on the inner surface of the transparent part 9 is omitted. When the hanging hole 3 and the liquid extraction part 4 are arranged diagonally opposite each other, it is desirable that the transparent part 9 be formed along the diagonal line connecting them.

When administering the content liquid 2 to a patient, the bag 1 is immersed in hot water to warm the content liquid 2 to a predetermined temperature, and then the bag 1 is placed in its hanging hole 3 as shown in Fig. 4. Insert the support arm b of the support post a and hang it, then bag 1
By inserting the liquid extraction needle c of the infusion set into the liquid extraction part 4 of the infusion set, the content liquid 2 can be administered. In this case, in the present invention, a rubber-like elastic pad 5 is attached to the liquid extraction part 4, so that the needle c
This prevents natural falling off and fluid leakage from the insertion site.
In addition, at the lower end of the bag 1 where the liquid extraction part 4 is provided, the front and back sheets constituting the bag 1 are relatively close together, so if the insertion resistance to the pad 5 is large, the liquid may be accidentally removed. There is a risk that the extraction needle c will penetrate the front and back sheets and create a needle hole on the opposite side of the liquid extraction part 4, which may cause liquid leakage. As the needle c
can be easily and accurately inserted.

In this way, in the present invention, the heating and administration operations of the content liquid 2 can be performed as a series of operations without the need for liquid transfer, etc., which simplifies and speeds up the heating and administration operation. In addition to being able to measure the amount of bacteria, the problem of bacterial contamination can also be eliminated. Furthermore, during the dosing operation, the amount of remaining liquid and the dosing speed can be checked through the see-through part 9 with a scale 8. When taking out the content liquid, it is possible to take out the content liquid to the end without wasting it. Furthermore, since the tube nutrition solution is sealed and stored in a synthetic resin bag, the process from enclosing the tube nutrition solution to sterilization can be easily carried out by applying conventional retort pouch technology, for example. This has the advantage of significantly reducing manufacturing costs compared to traditional canning systems. Furthermore, a rubber-like elastic pad 5 with an insertion port 5a is attached to the liquid extraction part 4 at the lower end of the bag 1, so that the liquid extraction needle c can be inserted and connected to the liquid extraction part 4 at the lower end of the bag 1. Even though the front and back sheets are relatively close together, the needle c
This can be done easily, accurately and reliably without the risk of spontaneous falling off or liquid leakage.
