本考案は経管栄養液の加温及び投与を、液の移
し替えなどの必要性なしに、一連の操作として、
無菌操作的に行い得るような、経管栄養液用合成
樹脂製袋を提供することを目的としてなされたも
ので、即ち本考案は、経管栄養液の収容後に口封
じされる、金属箔などの内張りを施した合成樹脂
製袋であつて、該袋は、液収容用の本体部と、該
本体部の周囲をシールする縁部から構成されてい
ると共に、袋上辺の縁部の適宜の個所に吊掛け用
の穴が、また本体部の下端部に液取出部が、それ
ぞれ設けられ、液取出部を構成する本体部の外面
に、中央部に液抜き針より僅かに小さい直径の挿
込口を有するゴム様弾性板の当て物が挿着され、
更に本体部の少なくともいずれか一方の片面に、
液量表示目盛付の透視部が形成されていることを

ることを目的として、袋1の内面に、アルミニウ
ム箔(図示せず)などのような金属箔の内張りを
施し、ガスバリヤー性と遮光性を附与される。こ
の場合アルミニウム箔の内面には、人体に無害に
してヒートシール性のよい、例えばポリエチレ

6bが設けられ、裏面側の剥離紙6bを剥離する
と粘着剤層7bが当て物5側に残り、この粘着剤
層7bを利用して当て物5を液取出部4に接着で
き、一方表面の剥離紙6aを剥離すると粘着剤層
7aがこの剥離紙6aと一緒に除去され、当て物
5の表面が露出されるようになつている。このよ
うにすれば、当て物5の表面を、投与直前まで無

弾性の当て物5が装着されているので、上記針c
の自然脱落や刺挿部よりの液洩れを防止できる。
また液取出部4の設けられている袋1の下端部に
於ては、袋1を構成する表裏シートが比較的接近
しているので、当て物5への刺入抵抗が大きい
と、誤つて液抜き針cが表裏シートを貫通してし
まい、液取出部4の反対側に、液洩れ原因となる
針穴に明けてしまう危険性があるが、本考案では
当て物5に予め挿込口5aが形成されているの
で、液取出部4への刺入抵抗が小さくなり、針c

は目盛8付の透視部9を透して、内容残存液量や
投与速度を確認し得ると共に、第4図に示すよう
に対角線方向に吊掛け、その下端部から内容液を
取出するときは、内容液を最後まで無駄なく取出
し得る。更にこのように合成樹脂袋に経管栄養液
を封入収容する方式であるので、このような経管
栄養液の封入から滅菌までの工程を、例えば従来
のレトルトパウチの技術を適用して容易に達成で
き、従来の缶詰方式に比べ製造コストを著るしく
低減し得る利点が得られる。更に袋1下端部の液
取出部4には、挿込口5a付のゴム様弾性当て物
5が装着されているので、液取出部4への液抜き
針cの刺入連結を、袋1下端部という表裏シート
が比較的接近している部位であるに拘らず、針c
の自然脱落や液洩れの危険性なしに、容易に正確
