[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to a color blindness test sheet for detecting so-called color blind people such as total color blindness and red-green color blindness who have an abnormality in color sense.

(Prior art) In general, people with color blindness include those with total color blindness who cannot perceive any colors, those with total color blindness who can distinguish vivid colors but cannot distinguish between vague colors, and those with color blindness who can sometimes mistake red and green for gray or brown. There are people with red-green color blindness who cannot misidentify blue and yellow, and people with mild red-green color weakness who have red-green color blindness.

For example, according to the Ishihara method, which is currently most widely used in Japan and abroad, the color blindness test chart distinguishes between total color blindness and total color blindness, as well as red-green color blindness and red-green color blindness. There are three main types of people who are color blind, people with color blindness, people with color blindness (hereinafter referred to as people with color blindness), and people with red-green color deficiency and people with red-green color blindness (hereinafter referred to as people with red-green color blindness). It was created with the main purpose of distinguishing and detecting red-green abnormalities from the other two.

In addition, the color blindness test chart is a circular pattern formed by circles of various sizes, and one is that only those with normal color vision can read the letters and symbols, and the other is that only people with normal color vision can read the letters and symbols. Green abnormalities can be read, but so that they can be read as different from each other.
Furthermore, it is made up of different color blindness testing figures arranged in two or more colors to suit various purposes so that only people with red-green color deficiency can read them.

When testing for color vision deficiency using these color vision deficiency test charts, a set of about 12 color vision deficiency test shapes described above is tested under certain conditions such as lighting and distance from the test chart. table, or A table, B
For example, the A format has half-reading symbols only consisting of numbers, the B format has only hiragana symbols, and the C format has reading symbols consisting of numbers and lines. Select any or all of the three sets of color blindness test charts in sequence, have them read, and based on the reading results, determine whether you have color blindness or red-green color blindness. I was judging.

However, the conventional color vision deficiency test chart is structured like a book, with one color vision deficiency test figure printed on each page. It was very troublesome and inconvenient to have to show a diagram for abnormality testing.

Furthermore, on the other hand, because it is troublesome to turn the pages one by one, color vision deficiency tests for school children tend to reduce the number of half-reads of the color vision deficiency test shapes per student, resulting in incorrect judgments. A problem has arisen in that abnormal persons may be overlooked. In view of this problem, a visual acuity color blindness test chart is known that does not require turning over each page during the test (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 48-42393). This visual acuity color blindness test chart consists of visual acuity testing optotypes arranged sequentially from low visual acuity testing optotypes to high visual acuity testing optotypes on a sheet of paper, and visual acuity testing optotypes that are arranged at least in close proximity to this low visual acuity testing optotype. It has an optotype for color blindness test provided, and can perform visual acuity test and color blindness test simultaneously or separately.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the conventional visual acuity color blindness test chart disclosed in Utility Model Application Publication No. 48-42393, the optotypes for visual acuity test and the optotypes for color blindness test are in the same arrangement and close to each other. This method has the problem that a color blind person or the like cannot reliably test for color blindness because it is possible for a color blind person to memorize the test chart and interpret it in the same way as a normal person.

(Means for Solving the Problems and Their Effects) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention displays a plurality of color blindness test shapes side by side, each having a different pattern on the surface of a single substrate. In the color vision deficiency test chart, the color vision deficiency test chart displays a predetermined number of the color vision deficiency test figures necessary for the color vision deficiency test in a plurality of rows, and at both ends of each row, there is a mark at the other end. A direction indicating sign having a direction number is attached, and each of the color blindness test shapes is individually and continuously partitioned by a frame-shaped partition line formed on the surface of the base, and the partition line An instruction number is displayed on the surface of the base within the frame, and the direction number and each instruction number can be appropriately indicated during a color vision defect test.

When using the color vision deficiency test sheet constructed in this manner, instructions are given using the respective instruction numbers 6 formed on the surface of the base within the frame-shaped partition line 5 and the direction number 7a displayed on the surface of the direction indicator 7. and make it decipherable. That is, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. For example, the starting point of the inspection can be designated as direction number "4", and the reading order can be designated as "12, 10,...4,2" of each instruction number 6. This method allows the reader to decipher only the even numbers of . Or, three different color blindness test sheets, such as A whose reading symbol consists only of numbers.
Prepare a table, Table B whose reading symbols are hiragana, and Table C whose reading symbols are numbers and lines, and sequentially select all 36 color blindness test shapes in these three tables and have them read them. and perform a color blindness test.

(Effects of the invention) The present invention is constructed as described above, and the color vision deficiency test chart displayed on the surface of a single board has a predetermined number of the color vision deficiency test figures necessary for the color vision deficiency test arranged in multiple rows. At the same time, a direction indicator with a direction number pointing toward the other end is attached to each end of each row, and each color blindness test figure is a frame-shaped one formed on the surface of the base. They are arranged individually and consecutively by partition lines, and each instruction number is displayed on the surface of the base within the frame defined by this partition line, so during inspection, the direction number and each instruction number can be verbally displayed. By giving appropriate instructions, the starting point and reading order of the test can be easily changed and instructions can be given from any direction, which can prevent people with color blindness from memorizing the test sheet and reading it in the same way as normal people. . Therefore, the color blindness test chart of the present invention has the unique effect of making it possible to accurately test for color blindness, is easier to read than the conventional visual acuity color blindness test chart, and has the ability to express the direction number and each instruction number in words. Therefore, since the instructions can be changed appropriately, it has the unique effect of enabling simple and rapid testing.
