(Background of the invention) Composite decorative panels, which consist of a frame made by integrating a metal molded body such as aluminum and wood on the front and back, are designed to be used as a space between outdoor and indoor spaces, with the aim of making use of the design and performance of each to compensate for the shortcomings of each. It is used for openings in partition walls between Western-style rooms and Japanese-style rooms, but since it is a combination of metal and wood, it behaves differently in response to heat and moisture and is prone to warping and peeling. The drawback was that if either frame broke, the entire frame had to be replaced even if one was normal.

The wooden frame 2 includes a wooden material 3 and a synthetic resin-injected wood 4 of an appropriate thickness that is integrally adhered to the surface of the wooden material 3.
It is formed from. The wooden frame 2 may be entirely constructed of synthetic resin-injected wood 4, or the entire surface may be covered with a synthetic resin-injected thin plate on a plywood or solid wood core.

The wooden frame 2 is integrated with the metal molded frame 5, and the fixing means for both is a peripheral frame protruding from the outer periphery of one side of the metal molded frame 5, as shown in FIG. When the wooden material 3 of the wooden frame 2 is fitted into the shaped protrusion 6 and attached to the outer periphery of the wooden material 3 from the outside of the protruding material 6 with screws 7, either the wooden frame 2 or the metal molded frame 5 This is convenient because it can be replaced if one or the other breaks. Alternatively, depending on the purpose, the wooden frame 2 and the metal molded frame 5 may be integrated using an adhesive.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which a protrusion 5b is provided on one side of the metal molded frame 5, and a recess into which the protrusion 5b can fit is provided on the back side of the wooden frame 2. With this structure, the wooden frame 2 can be easily attached to and detached from the metal molded frame 5.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the composite decorative panel of the invention,
Since one side is made of synthetic resin-infused wood and the other side is made of metal molded frame, it is possible to exhibit the design of two sides. In addition, metal molding eliminates the drawbacks of wood materials, which are easy to rot and have poor weather resistance. The frame body and synthetic resin-injected wood can protect the frame body, and the disadvantages of the metal molded frame body, which has poor insulation properties and condensation, can be protected with wooden materials. Moreover, by using resin-injected material as the surface material of the wooden material, , the behavior against heat and water is made closer to that of the metal molded frame body, and the warping and peeling caused by the difference in behavior with the middle layer wood material is suppressed by restraining it from both sides.
This makes it possible to create a product that can withstand long-term use.

Therefore, the composite decorative panel of the present invention has good weather resistance, rot resistance, heat insulation properties, and dew condensation prevention properties without peeling or warping. Even if either one of them is destroyed, it can be easily replaced.
