つた。 For example, as shown in Fig. 6, the mounting structure of the heating wire in the conventional heating element device of an electric cooking device is such that an insulating plate 2 using a mica board, a terminal plate 4, and a heating wire 3 are fixed with a single rivet 5 or a screw. However, since the insulating plate 2 made of mica is not as hard as metal, the heating wire 3 cannot be electrically connected reliably, and the contact resistance increases, leading to local heating and eventually breaking the wire. There was a drawback that it became electrically defective.

と固着する構造を提供することである。 The present invention was developed to eliminate the above drawbacks. The terminal plate has through holes for rivets on one side, and the insulating plate has through holes similar to the through holes in the terminal plate, and one through hole in the other through hole. For this purpose, a large diameter hole is provided, the terminal plate and the insulating plate are fixed together with a rivet that passes through the hole, and the heating wire is attached directly to the terminal plate with the rivet inside the hole in the insulating plate. This provides a structure in which the heating wire is securely fixed to the terminal plate thermally, mechanically, and electrically in a metal-to-metal relationship.

This example shows a hollow rivet. 6 is a rivet. At opposite end faces of the cutout opening 11 of the insulating plate 2, there are rectangular through holes 7 and 8 corresponding to the L-shaped rising part of the terminal plate 4, and similar through holes 8 and the other through hole 9, respectively. In other words, the hole 10 has a large diameter. Reference numeral 12 denotes a heating element having the above-described configuration. A heating element 12 is attached to the back surface of the hot plate 1.

The terminal plate 4 made of a hard metal material is securely fixed to the easily damaged insulating plate 2 made of mica plate with a small pressure using the hollow rivet 5 inserted through the insulating plate 2.
Since the heating wire 3 is directly attached to the terminal plate 4 with the rivets 6 in the hole 10 regardless of the insulating plate 2, the heating wire 3 is reliably connected to the terminal plate 4 without applying excessive force to the insulating plate 2. The heating wires 3 are connected in the same way on both opposing end surfaces of the notch opening 11.

The terminal board and the insulating board are fixed with rivets that pass through the holes, and the heating wires are directly attached to the terminal board with rivets inside the holes in the insulating board. Because it is metal, it has the effect of thermally, mechanically, and electrically securely adhering to the terminal plate, improving reliability and safety.
