This refers to the connection structure with terminals (terminals made of materials).

Although it is light and lightweight, it may form an oxide film on its surface or cause electrical corrosion due to the presence of electrolyte such as salt water when connecting to terminals, or loosening of connections due to differences in thermal expansion coefficients. This has the drawback of causing poor contact at the relevant part.

The protrusions on the opposing side walls of the wire barrel are shifted from each other in order to closely engage with each other, and the protrusions on the opposing side walls are shifted to avoid a reduction in the contact surface caused by loosening of the connecting portion due to the difference in thermal expansion. It is an attempt to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks by intersecting and wedge-bonding the aluminum wire.
