詳述すると次の通りである。[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention heat-sets the helical cord from the helical end to the end of the cord in a bent state along the helical part.
The present invention relates to a molding jig for a spiral cord that can be linearly drawn outward along the central axis of the spiral section through finishing molding to provide a good appearance and smooth expansion and contraction of the spiral cord, and its configuration is shown in the attached drawings. The details for reference are as follows.

A spiral cord 1 is provided on the end surface of this holding tube 4 so that it can be slidably inserted and fixed in a predetermined position.
A cord recess 3 having a diameter that allows the winding end of the cord to be inserted is formed, and one cord relief groove 11 slightly wider than the thickness of the cord is provided in the axial direction of the inner peripheral surface of the cord recess 3 of the holding cylinder 4. This cord escape groove 11 is recessed.
This is characterized in that the end portion of the holding tube 4 is opened at the end surface of the holding tube 4.

It was wound spirally, clamped at both ends to maintain the spiral state, heat set, and then reversed and finished molded into a spiral shape to give it springiness as usual. The non-helical straight part pulled out from the helical part of the helical cord molded by the process is heat-set in a direction perpendicular to the helical direction, so even if reverse finishing molding is performed, the non-helical straight part will remain perpendicular to the helical part. derived in the direction. For this reason, if you try to wire the entire spiral cord in a straight line during wiring, you will have to bend the non-helical straight part leading out at right angles by 90 degrees to make it straight. When bent, the spiral portion was distorted in an unsightly manner, and the appearance of the wiring was poor.

は望めなかつた。 In addition, in order to avoid this ungainliness, in order to fix the boundary between the spiral part and the straight part at a right angle,
After heat setting, cooling, and reversing, it is necessary to partially heat and cool only the bent part again, but even then, strain is placed on the coating at the bent part of the cord, and the coating at the bent part is damaged because it cannot be heated uniformly. However, it was difficult to finish the bending in an attractive manner, and the possibility of mass production was not expected.

が可能となる。 The present invention eliminates such drawbacks, and since it is constructed as described above, when the cord 1 to be heat set is wound around the setting rod 2 and the holding tube 4 is fitted onto the setting rod 2, the end surface of the holding tube 4 is fixed. Since the wound end of the cord 1 is fitted into the cord recess 3, by fixing the holding tube 4 in this position, the clamp 10 seen in the conventional jig shown in FIG. The cord 1 reliably maintains its wound state, and as shown in FIG. Since the non-helical straight portion 1b is reliably bent and held in a state along the helical portion 1a by being regulated by When molded, the non-helical straight portion 1b is reversed from the state shown in FIG. 2, so it is oriented in the opposite direction, and as shown in FIG. A spiral cord 1 is obtained which is guided outward along the axis, and the entire cord can be wired in a straight line as it is.

の良いものとなる。 In this case, since the cord escape groove 11 is provided in the axial direction on the inner circumferential surface of the cord recess 3, the cord recess 3
The cord 1 portion of the non-helical straight portion 1b which is bent inside the spiral portion 1a and overlapped with the spiral portion 1a is fitted into the cord relief groove 11, and the cord 1 is folded into the spiral portion 1a as shown in FIG.
Since the cord is led out from the cord escape groove 11 along
Since no unreasonable force is applied to cord 1 at this bend, the finished product after heat setting and reversal will look good.

上の効果を奏するものである。 If this jig is used to mold a spiral cord in this way, it will be easy to obtain a cord with an extremely nice appearance in which the end of the cord is pulled out in a straight line from the spiral part of the cord, and mass production will be possible. It has excellent practical effects.
