【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は冷蔵庫の冷却サイクル中等に設けられ
る電磁弁の防音装置に関し、その入口管,出口管
の防音防振を目的とする。

一般的に電磁弁の防音手段としては弁本体を防
音箱内に収納することが考えられる。そしてこの
ように弁本体を防音箱で囲繞すれば電磁弁の入口
管,出口管は防音箱の孔等を貫通して延出しなけ
ればならない。一方、入口管,出口管と孔とは管
保護のためのシール部材を管外周と孔との間に介
在することは常套手段であるが、かかる手段では
電磁弁作動時に振動、騒音が管を伝導して外部に
伝わり、防音,防振を極めて厳密にする必要のあ
る冷蔵庫等へは適用が困難であつた。

本考案は、入口、出口管に防音・防振材を巻付
けることにより上記従来の欠点を解消するもの
で、以下本考案の一実施例を添付図面に従い説明
する。

図において、1はプラスチツクスにて成形され
た防音箱で、ほぼ対称に分割してなる一対の箱状
部品1a,1bよりなる。箱状部品1aの開口側
フランジには、爪1a′を、箱状部品1bの開口側
フランジには切欠き1b′が設けてあり、爪1a′と
切欠き1b′の組合せで両箱状部品1a,1bが結
合される。さらに両箱状部品1a,1bの開口側
フランジには相対向して半円状の孔1c′を形成
し、該孔1c′の組合せによつて支持孔1cが形成
される。2は騒音吸収効果を高めるべく片面(内
側面)を波形状にした連続気泡の防音フオーム
で、両箱状部品1a,1bの内面に外側面を貼着
してある。3は例えば冷却サイクルの冷媒流れを
導通、遮断する電磁弁で、ソレノイド,弁等を構
成した弁本体3aと冷却サイクルの配管4と接続
される入口管3b、出口管3cより成る。この入
口管3b、出口管3cは防音箱1の支持孔1cよ
り延出される。5は弁本体3aの根元部から配管
4の一部に至るまで入口管3b、出口管3cの外
周に巻装したパテ等の防音・防振材である。6は
入口管3b、出口管3cにおける防音・防振材5
の外周と支持孔1cとの間に介在したシール材で
ある。
