く、使用中にPTFE層の膜浮きを生じローラの耐久性
を損なうという問題があった。しかもこの接着力は、常
温付近で特に小さいため、使用前の取り扱い段階ですで

らにこのフッ素系高分子物質塗膜上にPTFEディスパ
ージョンを塗布し一括焼成してなることを特徴としてい

上にダイエルGLS 213が塗布され150℃で30
分間加熱されてフッ素系高分子物質塗膜5が形成されて
いる。そしてさらにその表面に、P T F Eディス
パージョンとしてAD−639が、通常の方法で塗布さ
れ乾燥された後、フッ素系高分子物質塗膜5とともに一
