Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は間柱の補強留金具に関し、特に横胴縁

して昭和44年実用新案登録願第87690号（実公昭
50−29305号）の考案がある。これは金属製の間
仕切用間柱に横胴縁の大きさに応じた種々の径を
有する横胴縁用挿入孔を設けて横胴縁を落し込み
壁下地を形成するものである。しかしこの金属製
間柱は開口部を有するチヤンネル状の型材であ
り、第１図に示すようにボードをこの間柱にビス
螺着する際にその側圧により間柱１のボード取付
け面が二点鎖線で示すように向う側に曲がり込
み、ビス等の取付作業能率を低下させていた。こ
れに対し昭和50年実用新案登録願第113466号（実
公昭58−47129号）の補強留金具が考案された。
第２図及び第３図に示すようにこの補強留金具２
は上辺３と下辺４と正面部５でコ字状を成してい
る。上辺３と下辺４の両側には間柱６の図示しな
い折曲片が嵌合する切欠部７，７を有する。正面
部５の中央には横胴縁８のフランジ嵌合部１１
ａ，１１ｂを形成した細溝１１，１１を有し、第
３図の如く幅の大きい横胴縁のフランジ外面に対
しては嵌合部１１ｂ，１１ｂが係合して規制す
る。また、幅の狭い横胴縁においては、そのフラ
ンジ内面に対して嵌合部１１ａ，１１ａが係合し
て規制する。この補強留金具２は切欠部７，７を
間柱６の折曲片に嵌合し、横胴縁８のフランジ１
０，１０の先端が細溝１１，１１の深奥部に当接
するように挿入することにより取付けられる。し
かしながら間柱６の幅が狭い場合には20mm程度以
下の幅の横胴縁は製造されないため、細溝１１，
１１を正面部５に形成することができない欠点が
あつた。すなわち実用新案登録第1080442号（実
公昭49−27684号）によるチヤンネル状間柱の補
強留金具であり、第４図に示すようにこのスペー
サー１２は横胴縁と接合せず、間柱６の背面部１
３は横胴縁で固定されるが開口部１４側において
第１図の如くボード取付け面が向う側に倒れビス

側には間柱のフランジ２６，２６に対する押圧片
２２，２２が設けられている。間柱２３は背面板
２４と、この背面板２４から直角に折曲された側
面板２５，２５と、側面板２５，２５から互いに
近接方向に延長するフランジ２６，２６と、この
