When the shuttle running on the rain lace is caught by the shuttle box and suddenly stops moving, the weft yarn pulled out from the shuttle becomes slack and gets caught between the shuttle and the shuttle box, causing accidents where it is cut. Occur. In order to prevent this, the inventor of the present invention has already proposed in Utility Model Publication No. 50-42216 that a thread guiding wire 1 is placed horizontally in the longitudinal direction of the upper part of the shaft side lead-out part as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
A shuttle is disclosed in which the weft yarn 6 is drawn out through the upper side of the yarn guiding wire 1 by implanting the yarn guiding wire 1. However, in this conventional shuttle, the yarn guiding wire 1 is provided above the tension adjustment groove 2 on the side surface of the shuttle as shown in FIG. There is a risk that the weft yarn may become caught between the guide wire 1 and the side surface of the shuttle and be cut. Further, an accident may occur in which the weft yarn is caught between the sliding groove of the tension adjustment groove 2 and the slider 3 that fits and slides therein and is cut.

Next, the content of the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. Figure 3 is a plan view of the shuttle of the present invention;
The figure is a front view of the same, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view along AA, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view along BB. 4 is a wood pipe fitted into the shuttle tongs 5, and the weft thread 6 which is released from this
passes through the thread path 7 to the hole in the thread path piece 9 of the tensioner 8 and the pin 1.
One or more sliding grooves 1 are provided above and below the tension adjustment groove 2 and are provided with tension while meandering between 0 and 0.
Elastic cords 15, 16, which are slidably fitted to the rollers 1, 12, and 13, respectively, and are normally suspended from the roller 14;
17, the sliders 18, 19, 20 are arranged facing each other so as to be drawn toward the end of the shuttle, and are sequentially inserted through through holes 21, 22, 23, etc., and drawn out to the outside. .

Here, the tensioner 8 is a known thread tensioning device and is rotatably supported by a support pin 24.
It is constantly pulled in the direction of arrow a by an elastic cord 26 stretched between the base end of the tensioner 8 and the pin 25,
It rotates in accordance with the tension of the weft thread 6 meandering between the hole of the thread path piece 9 provided therein and the pin 10, thereby applying a constant tension to the weft thread 6.

By providing the yarn guiding wire 1 of the present invention in the shuttle, when the shuttle enters the shuttle box and is captured, the weft yarn 6 is not caught between the shuttle and the shuttle box and is not cut. Since the thread guiding wire 1 is provided on the side of the tension adjusting groove 2 and at a height between the upper and lower edges of the tension adjusting groove 2, the thread guiding wire 1 is pressed from the side by the shuttle box. Also, the yarn guiding wire 1 is not pressed against the side surface of the shuttle, and there is no risk that the weft yarn will be pinched and cut during this time.

FIG. 7 is a front view showing another embodiment of the shuttle of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a CC sectional view thereof, in which the two yarn guiding wires 1 are installed vertically in parallel with a slight interval between them. It is something that These two thread guiding wires are provided at a height between the upper edge and the lower edge of the tension adjustment groove 2, and the gap between them is the conductive hole 2 of the slider 20.
It is set at almost the same height as 3. In this way, the two yarn guiding wires 1, 1 are provided in parallel, and the weft yarn pulled out from the through hole 23 of the slider 20 is pulled out through the interval between the two yarn guiding wires 1, 1. For example, regardless of the position of the slider 20, the weft yarn 6 is always pulled out in the horizontal and lateral direction from the through hole 23, and it is possible to prevent the weft yarn from hanging down or jumping up. It is possible to completely prevent an accident in which a descending or rising weft thread is caught between the slider 20 and the upper or lower sliding grooves 13, 13 and cut.
