Solvent-based anti-mold paints are applied to the environment, but the anti-mold effect is only effective for six months to one year at most, so the use of anti-mold agents containing sodium hypochlorite as the main ingredient is necessary to prevent mold from growing and multiplying. In reality, measures such as removing the mold or reapplying anti-mildew paint are being taken.

。However, sodium hypochlorite emits a unique chlorine odor that strongly irritates the mucous membranes and skin of the eyes and oral cavity, causing problems in terms of work hygiene, and the reapplication of solvent-based antifungal paints is costly. Not only does it require a lot of effort and expense, but it also takes a considerable amount of time to dry after application, so brewing factories and food processing factories in particular are forced to suspend or suspend operations for a commensurate period of time. There is a problem.

This coating can be easily removed by using an alkaline aqueous solution, such as about 0.05-2% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution.

It may be applied directly to floors and walls by coating or spraying, but from the perspective of efficient mold removal treatment, it is recommended to apply the solvent-based anti-mold paint that has been commonly used in the past. Preferably, it is applied or sprayed onto the paint film.

Just fix it. The concentration of the aqueous alkali solution depends on the type of resin, etc., but is usually about 0.05-2%, preferably about 0.1-1%. In this case, if a solvent-based coating film is present on the base, post-treatments such as washing with water and drying after mold removal can be carried out efficiently.

Evaluation Example 7 based on Z-2911-1981 A water-based fungicide prepared by the following formulation was applied to the wall surface of a sake brewing factory (a wall surface coated with a conventional solvent-based anti-mold paint as a base) (with a coating thickness of : Approximately 10 μm) : Component
Part by weight acrylic resin
10 Toryozin-based preservatives
1 water 8
The coating film No. 9 completely dried in about 10 minutes.
この塗膜には約6カ月間にわたって実際上十分な防黴効
果が認められた。This coating film had a practically sufficient anti-mildew effect for about 6 months.

できるので、作業衛生上の問題を伴う除黴剤を使用する
ことなく除黴処理をおこなうことができる。Effects of the Invention The water-based anti-mold agent according to the present invention not only has a comparable anti-mold effect to conventional solvent-based anti-mold paints, but also can be easily removed without much effort or expense. Since it can be repainted, mold removal can be carried out without using a fungicide that poses problems in terms of work hygiene.
