Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the height distance from a ceiling to a rigid stringing by laying an angle which can be raised and lowered onto a pair of guide rods suspended from the ceiling and installing an insulator onto the angle, in the captioned device for mini subway. CONSTITUTION:A pair of guide rods 6 are engagement-suspended on the both side parts of a strip-shaped top plate 5 having a crevice, and an elevation plate 7 is fitted in free elevation onto the guide rod 6. The both edges of an angle 10 are fixed onto the opposed side surfaces of a pair of elevation plates 7, and the right and left arms 11a in pair of an insulator 11 are loaded onto the angle 10 so as to shift along the angle 10. At the lower edge of the angle 10, the insulator 11, a rigid stringing 15 having an electric train wire 19 fixed is installed. Since the elevation plate 7 can be adjusted in free vertical movement, the distance from a tunnel ceiling to the undersurface of the rigid stringing 15 can be effectively reduced. Further, in spite of a narrow space, the position of the insulator 11 for the angle 1D can be adjusted freely.

[Detailed description of the invention] [Before the use of the invention] As a means of urban transportation, a so-called mini-subway with an extremely small cross-section of the track is planned. This is a mounting device that reduces the height distance from the ceiling to the bottom of the rigid overhead wire, making it possible to use it in mini-subways.

The hanging bracket allows for changes in cant angle. However, in this structure, since the insulator, threaded rod, and hanging fitting are on the same vertical line, there is a limit to reducing the height distance. On the other hand, the mini-subway is requested to be reduced to, for example, 38C11, so this cannot be accommodated.

[Means for Solving] A pair of guide rods I\ suspended from the ceiling on both sides of the insulator, an angle whose elevation can be adjusted is about to be passed, and the insulator is attached to this angle. This reduces the height distance. In addition, the guide rod is movable vertically and horizontally so that the position and angle of the insulator can be adjusted.

The extra length of the bolt 1 is rotatably engaged with the hair eye holder 3 and fastened with a nut 4. The rectangular top plate 5 has a clevis biased toward the central projection, and is pivotally attached to the eye fitting 3 so as to be rotatable in the track direction. 1
A pair of guide rods 6 are suspended from both sides of the top plate. The elevating plate 7 is also in the form of a rectangle, and is inserted into the guide rod at both ends so as to be able to move up and down, leaving an appropriate gap between it and the guide rod. The bottom plate 8 also has a rectangular shape and is locked to the lower ends of both guide bars.

The suspension insulator 11 has a pair of left and right arms lla, which are placed on the angle 10 and can be moved along the angle. T-shaped T-shaped so that you can use leverage during this movement.
A metal fitting 12 is installed vertically to the top of the insulator at its leg. The U-shaped metal fittings 13 are connected to both arm ends of the insulator and the angle 10
The insulator is fixed to the angle by sandwiching both sides together and tightening with two tightening rods 14. To ensure proper insertion, the inner surface of the U-shaped metal fitting is sloped in the direction of insertion. A rigid overhead wire 15 is attached to the lower end of the insulator. The rigid overhead wire 15 is constructed by tightening a T-shaped aluminum pedestal 18 to an insulator base 11b with a holding fitting 16 via an elastic rubber 17, and a contact wire 19 is fixed to the lower surface of the aluminum pedestal 18.

The present invention is configured as described above. A falling ceiling does not necessarily constitute a geometric curve. Although this is often an inconvenient surface, the angle can be easily positioned horizontally by rotating the left and right threaded rods and moving the elevating plate 7 up and down. Similarly, by adjusting the left and right threaded rods, the angle can be tilted freely to accommodate the cant of the track. A zigzag tension wire to equalize puncture wear can be easily handled by moving the insulator along the angle and adjusting its position. This movement uses the zero-order lever 20, which first loosens the tightening rod 14 to release the fixation of the U-shaped metal fitting. The lever 20 has a blind hole 20a at the end of the bent portion and an engaging piece 20b at the base of the bent portion. By inserting the blind hole into one protrusion of the T fitting 12 and engaging the engagement piece with the angle, the insulator can be lifted using the bent base as a fulcrum, so the position of the insulator relative to the angle can be adjusted even in a narrow space. Can be adjusted. Of course, it is also possible to use two levers 20 to lift the T-metal fitting 12 by both protrusions. After adjusting the insulator, tighten the tightening rod again and fix it to the angle using the square bracket.

[Effect] The height distance from the fall ceiling to the lower surface of the rigid overhead wire can be effectively reduced. Even if the ceiling of the fall is an indiscreet surface, the angle can be adjusted to be horizontal or at a predetermined inclination. It can easily handle both cant and zigzag tensioning.
