However, with this method, when changing the syringe,
Blood spills out from the needle base hole of the blood collection needle left in the blood vessel,
Not only can this cause infection if it comes into contact with the hands of workers, but also the needle base hole with ffBI61 is temporarily exposed to the air, which poses a risk of bacterial infection for patients. There were concerns about this, but it was resolved.

After blood collection has been completed and in the state described in 1E, the syringe 4 into which the drug solution 7 has been inhaled is inserted into the holder 2 from which the vacuum blood collection tube 3 has been removed, as shown in FIG. After the injection n4 and the blood collection needle 1 are connected to each other while the elastic body 51 is penetrated by the elastic body 13, as shown in FIG. It can be performed. After the injection is completed, the blood collection needle 1 and the holder 2 are removed from the blood vessel, thereby completing the entire operation. (See FIG. 12) [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the injection assembly of the present invention, the vacuum blood collection tube is used to leave the blood collection needle together with its holder in the state of penetrating the blood vessel after blood collection. Then, the syringe with an elastic body filled with a drug solution in advance and the vacuum blood collection tube after the blood collection are exchanged by inserting each rubber stopper into the introduction needle in the holder, so blood collection and injection can be performed using a single blood collection needle. It can be performed with just 11 blood vessel punctures, reducing the pain associated with each blood vessel puncture, and the vacuum blood collection tube and syringe can be exchanged within the holder. In addition to being extremely effective, there is no risk of contamination of the needle with bacteria when replacing the needle, which is extremely effective for both patients and workers. In addition to being effective, it is also an extremely practical method with good workability.
