In the above conventional example, both the core and liner are made of kraft paper, so when used for packaging heavy items, handling such as inventory management, shipping, transportation, etc., especially when multiple items are stacked. , the core is often crushed and loses its intended cushioning effect or breaks. Therefore, this problem has been dealt with by increasing the number of tiers and increasing the thickness of the cardboard, but this cannot be said to be a fundamental solution.

できる段ボールを提供するものである。 In view of the above-mentioned current situation, the present invention uses thin steel plates for the core and liner of corrugated cardboard, which makes it less likely to be crushed or torn, and reduces the number of stacked layers, making it suitable for heavy or expensive items. It is suitable for packaging materials, and also avoids various disadvantages caused by using thin steel plates as materials for the core and liner.
For example, it is possible to avoid wear of molds and forming rolls used to form corrugated shapes, deterioration of adhesion between core and liner, occurrence of rust, etc. Furthermore, it can be used without distinction between the front and back sides, and can be used on either the front or back side. , which provides cardboard that can be printed.

An example of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the corrugated board of the present invention is a corrugated board composed of a corrugated core 1 and liners 2, 2 formed above and below the core. , both the front and back sides of the thin steel plate 3 are paper 4.
Consisting of paperboard 5 covered with a, 4a,
Both liners 2, 2 are constructed of paperboard 5, which is a thin steel plate 3 whose front and back surfaces are covered with papers 4a, 4a. Reference numerals 6, 6 are adhesives for pasting the thin steel plate 3 and the papers 4a, 4a. The core 1 and the liners 2, 2 are bonded to each other with an adhesive at their contact surfaces a, a.

Further, in order to further enhance the rust prevention effect, a steel plate or a stainless steel plate plated with zinc or the like may be used.

It is possible to use paper made of other materials, such as high-quality paper, Japanese paper, waterproof paper, etc. Alternatively, the front and back papers 4a, 4a may be made of different materials, such as kraft paper for one and waterproof paper for the other. Furthermore,
Printed paper may also be used.

Although l 2 is 40μ and the thickness l 3 of the paper 4a is 50μ, these thicknesses l 1 , l 2 , and l 3 can be set as appropriate. However, from the viewpoint of manufacturing cost and practicality, the thickness of the thin steel plate 3 is desirably in the range of 50 to 200 μm from the viewpoint of weight and material cost.

As we use annealed cold rolled steel plate,
The thin steel plate 3 is made softer by annealing, which improves workability when forming into a corrugated shape or when forming a corrugated board into a box shape, etc.
Since kraft paper is pasted on the front and back sides, the kraft paper on the front and back functions as a cushioning layer and a lubricant layer.
When molding the core 1, corrugation processing by press processing, roll processing, etc. can be easily performed, and it is also very effective in preventing wear of molds and molding rolls.

Furthermore, when used as a cardboard box, the inner core 1 is not easily crushed, and even if the outer liner 2 comes into contact with other objects, the inner liner 2 does not come into contact with the corners of the stored items. Even if the paper 4a, 4a of the core 1 or liner 2 gets wet, the shape-retaining effect of the thin steel plate 3 is very effective for packaging heavy or expensive items. As a result, the cardboard has stiffness and the load is prevented from collapsing.

ができる。 Note that if a steel plate or a stainless steel plate coated with anti-rust plating such as zinc is used as the thin steel plate 3, the anti-rust effect will be enhanced. In addition, if an unannealed steel plate is used as the thin steel plate, the workability will be reduced because it is unannealed, but the strength will be increased and the core 1 will not be crushed or the outer liner 2 will be less likely to break due to contact with other objects. Therefore, it has a great effect on the uses of cardboard, such as packaging heavy machinery. Even when paper other than kraft paper is used as the papers 4a, 4a, it performs substantially the same function as kraft paper when manufacturing the core 1. In the above embodiment, a single-layer corrugated board in which liners 2, 2 are formed above and below a core 1 is illustrated, but the present invention may be applied to a multi-layer corrugated board. Although not shown in the drawings, the thin steel plate 3 can be made into a punched metal by providing a large number of holes, thereby reducing the weight of the steel plate 3.

The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and is comprised of a corrugated core and liners formed above and below the corrugated core. Since the upper and lower liners are made of paperboard made of a thin steel plate covered with paper on both sides, there is no distinction between the front and back of the cardboard in terms of strength, and it is not possible to print or write on either side with a writing instrument. This makes it easy to manufacture corrugated boxes because there is no need to be careful not to put the front and back sides incorrectly.Furthermore, when used as a corrugated box, the core is less likely to be crushed and the outer liner does not come into contact with other objects. Moreover, even if the inner liner hits the corner of the stored item, it will not easily tear, and since the thin steel plates of both the inner and outer liners are covered with paper, even if the thin steel plate rusts, it will not break easily. It does not stain items and is effective for packaging heavy or expensive items.

効果がある。 In addition, when packing heavy or expensive items, the liner and core are stacked in multiple stages, but compared to conventional packaging, the number of stacked stages can be reduced. This has the effect of reducing manufacturing man-hours.

When molding into a shape, the paper on the front and back functions as a buffer layer and a lubricant layer, so
It can be easily corrugated by pressing, roll forming, etc., and is very effective in preventing wear of molds and forming rolls.
