端部が上記第３の嵌合凹部に嵌合する第３の足杆
とを有し、第１、第２および第３の嵌合凹部にそ
れぞれ嵌合する第１、第２および第３の足杆が上
記基台にボルト締めされて固定されるとともに、
上記フランジ部が基台上面にボルト締めされて上
記支柱が上記基台に固定されることを特徴とする
