の添加・配合が可能な形態としてトコフェロールを粉末
化する技術が特開昭51−79746号、特開昭58−

れも水分散性において十分に問題点が解決されていると

ルおよびジアセチル酒石酸モノグリセリドを必須成分と
し、該シヨ糖脂肪酸エステルおよびジアセチル酒石酸モ
ノグリセリドがそれぞれ0.1〜5重量部であることを

粉末トコフェロール組成物は塩類溶液中や酸性溶液中で
も分散性がすぐれているので、従来の技術で得られる粉
末トコフェロール組成物よりもその添加対象を拡大する
