Traditionally, sand-filled artificial turf has been widely used for the floors of sports facilities such as tennis courts, golf courses, and track and field stadiums. As shown in Figure 5 (a), artificial turf d consisting of grass leaves C planted on a backing sheet b is laid on the ground a as a base, and sand e is filled between the artificial turf d. However, when the artificial turf is used for a certain period of time for competitions, the upper part of the artificial turf leaves is agitated by shoes, spikes, etc., causing it to collapse in one direction, and as shown in Figure 5 (b). As the fallen grass blade part breaks into thin pieces, the sand grains are also crushed and become fine powder, and this pulverized sand and the fallen grass blade part solidify and become a floor surface that is similar to normal soil surface, and the original It no longer functions properly. Therefore, in order to repair this condition, conventionally, a so-called coat brush, that is, a brush made of natural or artificial materials such as fern or nylon, was used to scrub the hardened floor surface back and forth using manual or mechanical power. The method used was to dig up the fallen grass leaves.

(Problems with the prior art) However, in the above prior art, the base material on which the brush bristles are flocked is made of inelastic wood, metal, etc. It does not absorb well and requires a considerable amount of force to scrub back and forth with the brush in order to obtain a repair effect, and the material of the brush itself is too soft and is not suitable for digging up grass leaves or hardened sand surfaces. This had the disadvantage that the brush skidded on the hardened floor surface, making work difficult.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention has been made to solve the drawbacks of the prior art such as ridges, and uses a base material having elasticity and toughness.
The needles, which are made of an elastic and tough material and have a diameter of not more than 1 mm, are used to raise sand using a lawn blade raising device with a needle cloth that is planted at a higher density than the planting density of the lawn. This is a method for maintaining the leaves of sand-filled artificial turf, which is characterized by abrading the surface of the sand-filled artificial turf.

In the present invention, the base material having elasticity and toughness is a sheet made of a material with high elasticity such as a raw rubber sheet or a vulcanized rubber sheet, with a reinforcing sheet attached to the back side.
If this elasticity is poor, the needle will have to rely on the elasticity of the needle alone to obtain a repair effect, and the needle will not adapt to the irregularities of the floor surface sufficiently, and there is a risk of damaging the grass blades or breaking the needle.

In addition, the base material must have sufficient toughness to support the needle, and preferably has a strength of 150 kg/cm or more and an elongation of 10% or less.
Further, the overall thickness is preferably about 1 to 10 mm.

The needle of the present invention is not suitable for scraping work because if the abdomen of the needle hits the floor instead of the tip, it will not be possible to raise fallen grass leaves or dig up sandy surfaces. It must have sufficient toughness and elasticity, for example, hard steel wire (SWRH57) with a diameter of 1 ms+ or less, preferably 0.2
~0.5- is good, and it is ideal that it is as thin and hard as possible, and its length is preferably about 10 to 20 na+.

In the present invention, when planting needles on a base material such as on a ridge, the density of the needles must be higher than that of the lawn, Standing density refers to the vertical and horizontal planting density of grass leaf plants that are raised from the backing sheet, and is usually 3.2 plants/plant in the horizontal direction.
In, the vertical direction is 6 plants/in. Therefore, the clothing used in the present invention needs to be planted at a higher density than the planting density of the grass leaf plants in the vertical and horizontal directions. If this condition is not satisfied, Even with abrasion work, the grass leaves tend to become uneven and leave unrepaired areas. Therefore, usually
A density of 20 to 30 lines/cm is preferable.

Further, in order to implant the needles into the base material, it is preferable to implant the needles as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2. That is, in FIG. 1, 1 is a base material, and the needle 2 is inclined at a certain angle α with respect to the base material 1, and this angle is between 45 degrees and 70 degrees.
The clothing 3 is thus formed. Also, the first
As shown in Figure (b), in order to plant needle 2 on base material 1, each needle must be placed independently, as in the case where one needle material is folded in a U-shape. It is preferable that the needles are planted in the base material in a state similar to that of a normal brush, in which many hairs are planted as a single plant, which is not preferable because the rubbing effect is uneven.

In addition, as another example of the planting needle, as shown in Fig. 2, the base material 1

(Function) The method for repairing the grass blades of sand-containing artificial turf according to the present invention is to attach needles made of an elastic and tough material and having a diameter not exceeding lllll11 to a base material that has elasticity and toughness. , a lawn blade raising device with needle cloth planted at a higher density than the grass planting density was used to scrape the surface of the sand-containing artificial turf, thereby removing uneven surfaces that required repair. It adapts well to the floor surface, the needle tip reaches the base of the grass leaf plant, and the felt-like grass leaves can be loosened, raised, and even dug up the sand surface evenly and reliably. If sand is replenished, as shown in Figure 5 (c), although it is impossible to repair the cracked part of the tip of the grass blade, the grass will be restored to a state close to its original shape.
