と共に開閉カバーに対してもビス止めする必要が有り、
このため作業性が悪くなり、また部品点数も多くなりコ
ストアップの原因ともなっていた。これに対応すべく蝶
番を用いずに開閉カバーを支持するための機構が実開昭
５６−１４５０５２号公報に開示されている。前記公報
にあっては複写機が上下２枚の開閉カバーを有し、上側
のカバーの内側に固定部材で固定されたビンを基板に設
けられる２箇所の切欠きに挿入し、その後ピンの抜は止
め片を有する下側のカバーを閉じることによりビンの移

蝶番を用いない上記公報のものにあっても蝶番を用いて
いないがゆえに蝶番の価格に相当するコストダウンはな
される可能性は有るものの、開閉カバーにビンを固定す
るための固定部材の取付けが必要であり、作業性は悪い
。また開閉カバーを挿入する切欠きを基板に設ける必要
が有るために、それに起因して基板の作成に要するコス
トが高くなり、蝶番を用いるものに比して作業性、コス
トの面から見て大きく改良されたものとはなっていない

閉カバーとは別体のカバーが支軸の上方への移動を規制
