Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable waiting for lapse of a developing period in a bright room by sticking a strippable light shielding member to the surface on the opposite side of an image receiving face which is the face to be superposed with the color forming layer face of a photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:This transfer sheet for instant photographing is formed with an image by superposing the color forming layer face of the photosensitive body 2 formed with a latent image by exposing via a developer and is subjected to development and transfer that take place after lapse of the prescribed period of time. The strippable light shielding member is stuck to the surface on the opposite side of the image receiving face 1 of such transfer sheet, which face is the face to be superposed with the color forming layer face of the photosensitive body 2. Waiting for the lapse of the development period in a bright room is thereby enabled with the thickness equiv. to the thickness of ordinary paper without requiring the light shielding layer on the rear face and without requiring a dark box, etc., when the sheet is made into a transfer sheet of a natural white color.

Prior Art In the beer-apart type instant photography described above, a photoreceptor (negative sheet) is first image-wise exposed to form a latent image on the photoreceptor, and the photoreceptor on which this latent image has been formed is transferred to a transfer paper (positive sheet). They are superimposed via a developer and a predetermined time required for development and transfer elapses, thereby forming an image on the transfer paper.

Among such negative sheets and positive sheets for instant photography, there is one that has a full light-shielding layer on the back side, so that after being discharged from the developing roller, the developing time can elapse without exposure to light even in a bright room. be. However, such a sheet has the disadvantage that the thickness of the sheet is too thick.

Furthermore, in the case of positive sheets for OHP, slide, etc., since the support is transparent, there is no light-shielding property, and even after the sheet passes through the developing roller, the sheet must wait for the development time to elapse in a dark state.

Purpose In view of the above points, the present invention uses a transfer sheet with the same thickness as plain paper, does not require a full light-shielding layer on the back side, and even when a natural white transfer sheet is used, does not require a dark box, etc., and can be used in a bright room. To provide a transfer sheet that can wait for development time to elapse.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a transfer sheet according to one embodiment. In the figure, reference numeral 1 is an image receiving material, and the image receiving surface 1 of this member is
A photoreceptor (negative sheet) 2 is superimposed on a. Masks 3 are pasted on the four sides of the image-receiving material 1. These masks provide a sharp and regulated edge of the image area.A thin bib is attached to the left end of the image-receiving material 1 as shown in FIG. (BIB)

Rails 6 are provided on both side edges of a, and the thickness of the spread developer is regulated by the thickness of these rails 6.

Furthermore, these rails 6 also restrict the protrusion of the developer at the side edges. A leader 7 formed by bending a thin material is attached to the tip (left end) of the bib 4. By inserting the photoreceptor into the folded portion as shown by arrow A, the leader 7 is assembled with the photoreceptor and the transfer sheet (particularly,
It functions as a gripping part for positioning with the image receiving surface 1a) and guiding the transfer sheet T. Excess developer spread on the image receiving surface 1a remains on the trap 8 attached to the rear end of the image receiving material 1, and does not stain the developing roller. Wedges 9, 9 are attached to both ends of the trap 8, and these wedges widen the gap between the developing rollers, so that the length of the trap 8 can be shortened.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, a light shielding member 10 is provided on the surface 1b opposite to the image receiving surface 1a. For example, a light-shielding paper or a light-shielding film is attached. As a result, even if each member constituting the transfer sheet T does not have light-shielding properties, the transfer sheet T
can be discharged into a bright room and exposures can be repeated one after another before the development time ends. In other words, there is no need to wait in a dark room until the development time has elapsed, making handling easier. When the developing time has elapsed, it is preferable to notify the user with an alarm means such as a buzzer. Every time a buzzer etc. sounds, beer apartments are released in the order of exposure.

FIG. 3 shows an example in which the present invention is applied to a transfer sheet that does not use a leader 7. The same reference numerals as in FIG. 2 indicate the same members. As shown in FIG. 4, this transfer sheet TI is produced by abutting the tip of the transfer sheet TI (i.e., the tip of the pig 4) and the tip of the photoreceptor 2 against the nip portion of the stopped developing roller 11, and positioning the two. Applicable to instant photographic devices that perform registration.

In this type of instant photographic device, since the transfer sheet is abutted against the developing roller, the bib 4 is required to have a certain degree of buckling strength and adhesive strength.

However, since the vip 4 will eventually be peeled off from the image receiving material 1, if the above-mentioned strengths are too strong, the handleability may be impaired. In order to avoid this, as shown in FIG. 5, it is preferable to extend the light shielding member 10 further forward (to the left) of the image receiving material 1 and attach the POD 5i to the extended portion 10a.

Effects According to the present invention, even when the back side of the image receiving material is not completely light-shielding, such as when the back surface is naturally white, it is possible to wait for the development time to elapse in a bright room. Furthermore, since there is no need to specially provide a thick light-shielding layer on the back surface of the image-receiving material, the entire -1 transfer sheet can be made thinner.
