載置固定され、割出テーブルに取付けたワークを所定の
位置に割出す割出装置において、割出テーブルに取付け
たブラケットに、ワークを把持するワーク把持装置の基
体を、割出テーブルの回動軸の軸芯と軸芯が直交する如
くに枢支した枢軸により回動自在に枢着し、枢軸に取付
けた回動腕の位置決ピンにより基体を所定の位置に位置
決め固定するとともに、位置決ピンの位置決め固定を解
放して回動腕を回すことにより基体を90°旋回位置に
再び位置決め固定するようにした旋回機構を有する割出
装置。 2、位置決ピンによって位置決め固定されている基体の
位置決め固定の解放及び回動腕の回動と、回動位置にお
ける基体の位置決め固定は、割出装置が載置固定されて
いる加工テーブルと主軸のx、y、z方向への移動によ
り、主軸に着脱自在に取付けた作業腕を位置決ピンに係
合することによって行なう特許請求の範囲第1項記載の
旋回機構を有する割出装置。
