Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the workability of pressing by opening a switching means, discharging lubricant with a discharging means to a lubricant blotting means and nearly equalizing the blotting amount of lubricant to a work when the number of press strokes by dies has reached a required number. CONSTITUTION:In a lubricant blotting means made of felt, a work carried in between a pair of dies is impregnated with lubricant. In a lubricant discharging means made of a lubricant discharging nozzle, lubricant is discharged into the said lubricant blotting means. In addition, a switching means 21 made of an electromagnetic solenoid valve makes and breaks the said lubricant discharging means. A counting device 27 made of a press counter circuit counts the number of press strokes. When a counting number of the counting device 27 reaches a required number, a control device containing a timer circuit 33 opens the switching means 21 and discharges the lubricant into the lubricant blotting means. As a result, the lubricant blotting amount becomes nearly constant to the work and the workability of pressing can be improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a processing oil supply device that supplies processing oil to a metal workpiece to be press-formed. ' [Prior Art 1 In order to improve the lubrication and cooling properties of the mold for the workpiece and to improve the precision of press working, processing oil is attached to the workpiece to be pressed. The conventional processing oil supply method is as follows:
A discharge nozzle is installed in front of the molds to be pressed, and when the molds are released from each other, a hydraulic pump is driven to discharge pressurized processing oil onto the workpiece carried between the molds and adhere to it. I'm letting you do it. The amount of machining oil discharged to the workpiece is set by an oil amount adjustment valve depending on the material of the workpiece, press working time, etc.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the conventional machining oil supply method, although the adhesion period of machining oil to the workpiece has a great influence on the press working length of 151 m, it is difficult to process the optimum amount. The oil had to be finely adjusted each time using an oil pressure adjustment valve depending on the material of the workpiece, the press processing time, etc., resulting in poor press work efficiency. Furthermore, in the conventional method, processing oil is attached to the workpiece in a so-called drip sink, making it difficult to control the amount of processing oil applied to the workpiece.

Along with the above-described press processing, the press counter circuit 2
When the number of words of 7 reaches a predetermined number set by the setter 31 according to the material of the workpiece 17, press processing time, etc., a counter signal is output from the press counter circuit 27, and a timer is activated based on the counter signal. Circuit 33 is activated. As a result, the timer circuit 33 applies a drive signal to the base of the drive transistor 36 for the required time period set by the variable resistor 35 to make the drive transistor 36 conductive, thereby supplying the drive power V to the solenoid coil 37.
D is energized. Then, the electromagnetic solenoid valve 21 is opened by energizing the solenoid coil 37 with the driving power supply VD, and the machining oil pressurized to the required oil pressure by the hydraulic pump 23 is supplied to the felt 13 through the machining oil discharge nozzle 19.
-15. As a result, machining oil is replenished to the felts 13 and 15 whose oil content has decreased due to the adhesion of machining oil to the workpiece 17, and the felts 13 and 15 are kept approximately constant in the amount of machining oil that adheres to the workpiece 17.
