凹部4から成形品W1は離座することとなる。そして成
形品W1は膨張の結果下ダイ1のキャビティ2の内径よ

下パンチ上面から離座し、次の下ダイの上昇で膨張した
成形品は下ダイのキャビティ上端周縁上面に支持され、
従って成形品の下ダイ上面への溝方向穆勤による払い出
しにさいして面取り部を傷めることがなく、面取り成形
品の歩溜りを向上させることができるとともに、下パン
チは成形品と干渉することがないので傷めることがなく
