Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a deformation and bend by holding a die forging article with the receiving die energized by projecting from the through hole of a cutter die, descending the press die arranged in opposition to those by pressing with the larger force than the energizing force of the receiving die and trimming it by the press die and cutter die. と受け型で型鍛造品を拘束した状態で押型と刃物型によ
ってバリ抜きすることを要旨とする型鍛造品のバリ泡抜
き方法である。

る。この時にバリが刃物型11と押型17で切断される
のである。なお、前記抱抜きシリンダー16による圧力
は歪が矯正でき、かつ押型17の降下によって型鍛造品
23を圧下しない圧力が選定される。

型の上方位置にこれらと相対すべく配置された押型を前
記受け型の付勢力より大なる力で押圧降下させ、押型と
受け型で型鍛造品を拘束した状態で押型と刃物型によっ
てバリ抜きするものであり、受け型で型鍛造品を支承保
持するために姿勢が安定する。また、バリ抜き時には受
け型と押型とで型鍛造品を拘束した状態でバリ抜きする
ために変形や曲がりが発生しない。更に、バリ抜き後の
型鍛造品は下方に落下しない為、当て疵や回廊も発生し
ない等、大なる効果を有する発明である。
