Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a buoy and to improve its durability, by housing tubes, which are inflated by the internal pressure, in a disc-shaped float, with seawater moving in and out, while filling the float in its hollow space with foaming styrene pieces and mounting a sand weight to the bottom part and a lamp to the upper part. CONSTITUTION:A float is constituted of upper and bottom part float panels 1, 2 vertically divided in the central part being formed both by a molded article of fiber reinforced plastic (FRP), and three rubber made annular tubes 3 of mutually different sectional diameter are housed inside the float. And the space between these tubes 3 and the float is charged with a foaming styrene fine piece 5. The bottom part float panel 2 forms its bottom surface into a section of cone shape further a cylindrical part in the center being protruded to the bottom, and a sand weight 6 is housed in this cylindrical part. While the upper part float panel 1 provides an electric chamber 7 through a base housing a battery or the like in this electric chamber 7. And a desired sign buoy is constituted vertically providing a lamp 9 in the upper part of this electric chamber 7 through a pole 8.

Function The tube floating body of the present invention has a large number of honeycomb-like holes on the outside to allow seawater to enter and exit the floating body, so it does not sink due to the intrusion of seawater and can be easily disassembled for adjustment and cleaning. The tube floating body is an annular rubber tube with an air pressure of about 5 atmospheres, and it has the highest buoyancy and can withstand seawater corrosion.
In addition, the tube is protected by small pieces of foamed polystyrene filled in the space between the tube and the floating body. The sand weight is a nylon bag containing an appropriate amount of sand, which is easily available at the beach, to balance the floating body. The floating body has a shape that is highly reliable in deep and shallow waters, and is especially suitable for shallow waters by incorporating an unparalleled bottom with a depth of 50 cm.
It can be installed even in the shallowest seas. Furthermore, the floating body of the present invention has a rounded shape so that it does not damage fishing nets and fishing gear, and because it contains air, it is light and easy to transport at a slow pace.

The space between the floating body and the tube 3 is filled with styrofoam strips 5. The bottom surface of the lower floating body panel 2 has a square cross-section, and a cylindrical part protrudes from the center, and a sand mold 6 is accommodated in the cylindrical part. The sand weight 6 is a nylon bag filled with sand. An electrical chamber 7 is provided in the upper floating panel 1 via the base, and accommodates batteries, air batteries, dry cells, storage batteries, and the like. 8 is a ball, and 9 is a lamp. In the above configuration, if the amount of air in the tube 3 is insufficient, the necessary amount is reinforced by the bicycle's air pump using the Kelep air injection container in the air inlet 4 provided on the upper part of the floating body. It is also possible to take out the tube 3 and repair it using the same method.
