BACKGROUND ART To explain a conventional wall-penetrating air conditioner installed in a window sill as an example, in FIGS. The air conditioner fixing flange 21 at the upper end of the main body is fixed to the window sash 1 attached to the wall 2 with screws 30, and the lower part of the main body is connected to the secondary drain pan 3 to transfer its weight to the wall 2. Then, the outer periphery of the main body is covered by a front pericover 6 on the front side and an upper pericover 5 on which a grill 4 is disposed on the upper surface, and the grill 4 portion of the upper pericover and the top of the main body are covered. An air passage duct 7 is disposed between the ventilation openings 14 on the surface, and a heat insulating material 13 is stretched on the inner wall of the duct. Note that 22 is a reinforcing section for the upper peri-cover 5, and 31 is a fastening screw for fixing the end of the peri-cover to the window sash 1.

Therefore, the indoor air is sucked in by the blower 12 from the air intake port 15 formed between the secondary drain pan 3 and the lower end of the peri-cover 6, and is increased in pressure. The air is sucked out into the room through 4, and the air in the room is conditioned.

However, regarding the construction work for the air conditioner, the air conditioner manufacturer manufactures the air conditioner main body 10 and the air duct 7, while the grill 4,
The upper and lower pericovers 5 and 6 are manufactured by a person other than the harmonizer manufacturer and purchased and installed by the consumer, and the main body and the pericover are each fixed to the wall 2 separately during construction. In addition, there is a drawback that gaps are created between the duct and the grill due to dimensional errors in the building and various parts, causing air leakage.
During security maintenance work on the air conditioner, if the air duct 7 comes into contact with the upper pericover 5 and the cover is not removed, the conditioner will be pulled out to the left when facing FIG. 6, that is, in the direction of arrow A. There is a problem in that it requires extra time.

As a countermeasure against this problem, as shown in FIG. 7, there is a system in which an air duct 7 is attached directly to the grille 4 part of the upper peri-cover 5, but a gap is formed between the part of the lower peri-cover 6 and the ventilation opening 14. However, the above-mentioned drawbacks have not been solved because the air leakage occurs.

Means for Solving the Problem This invention is equipped with an air outlet set that houses a control lid, a grille, and an air duct on its top surface, and communicates with the built-in blower and heat exchanger through the opening. An upper peri-cover having an opening into which the outlet set can be inserted and removed is placed over the upper part of the air conditioner main body, and a lower peri-cover is detachably attached to the front surface of the peri-cover.

Therefore, according to the configuration of this invention, the air outlet set is inserted through the opening in the upper surface of the upper peri-cover covered over the upper part of the harmonizer main body installed in the window sash etc. in the same manner as in conventional construction. When attached to the top surface of the main body, the outlet set is securely fixed to the main body, and then when the lower peri-cover is detachably attached to the front part of the upper peri-cover, the peri-cover can be easily attached and detached. Become quick.

Embodiment Next, an embodiment of this invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 show a built-in blower and heat exchanger equipped with an air outlet set 23, which will be described later, on the top surface. The air conditioner main body 10' is connected to the air conditioner main body 10' through the air outlet opening 42 (not shown in the drawings, but is similar to the conventional built-in main body described above). Set mounting flanges 36 are set up on both sides of the air outlet opening (Fig. 1), and the air outlet set 23 is installed in the flange with a screw hole 35 drilled in the side plate. At the same time, the lower peripheral end of the set can be freely touched by a buffer material 37 surrounded by the inner periphery of the opening for sealing and absorption of component dimensional errors. (FIG. 4), instead of attaching the set by screwing a mounting screw into the mounting flange, as shown in FIG. The same effect can be obtained even if the set is installed by inserting the spring into the insertion hole of another set installation flange 41 which has a leaf spring insertion hole formed in the center and stands upright. The above-mentioned outlet set 23 is composed of a box-shaped air duct 7 in which a control lid 8 and a grille 4 are arranged, and the side plate thereof has the above-mentioned screw holes 36 for mounting or a mounting plate spring 40. However, these mounting parts are not necessarily limited to the side panels, and may be installed on the front and rear panels. Needless to say, it should be installed. Furthermore, an upper peri-cover 5' is provided in the upper part of the harmonizer main body, in which a set fitting opening 43, which is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the set, into which the outlet set can be freely fitted and removed is provided. Similarly, the lower peri-cover 6' is attached to the front surface of the upper peri-cover with an attachment/detachment mechanism 44 interposed therebetween (FIG. 3).

Effects of the invention As described above, this invention allows the air conditioner main body 10' to be covered with the upper peri-cover 5' through the set insertion/removal opening 43 to insert the air outlet set 23 into the top surface of the air conditioner main body 10'. When the set is engaged and mounted on the mounting flange 36 or 41, both are securely fixed, and the lower peripheral end of the set is surely in contact with the cushioning material 37 surrounded by the air outlet opening 42 of the main body. After absorbing dimensional errors, it is sealed to prevent air leakage, and the lower pericover 6', which is detachably attached to the upper pericover 5', can be easily and quickly attached and detached during security maintenance, making it extremely convenient. There are many practical benefits to this idea.
