Abstract

PURPOSE:To relatively reduce manufacturing cost in spite of a sharp increase in a quantity-production, by automatically performing the matching of marks by mechanical operation. CONSTITUTION:When the dry batteries 15, 16 fixed to the flap part of base paper and inserted above the flap part on the inner surface of a film tube are fed in between a pair of rolls 21, 22, levers 30, 31 displace angularly and the peripheral surfaces of the rolls 21, 22 are brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface parts of the dry batteries under pressure and the rolls 21, 22 are rotated in a follow state. When the displays of the farm names on the peripheral surfaces of each dry batteries are detected by pattern detection sensors 28, 29, the signals thereof are respectively sent to brakes 25, 26 to stop the rotation of the dry batteries. Whereupon, a pair of the dry batteries are stopped in such a state that the displays of the farm names are turned upwardly and transferred into the tunnel of a known heater 36 to thermally shrink the film tube to complete packing.

In the process, workers manually adjusted the orientation of each battery just before heat-shrinking the film tube. However, when a dry cell battery is rotated within a thin film tube, the film tube clings to the battery as it rotates, creating an obstacle to packaging. Therefore, there was a disadvantage that the work required skill and the production cost was high due to labor costs etc. despite the low productivity.

e) Function At the rear circumferential surface of the pair of dry cells, the rear side edges of the film tube are sandwiched and fixed between the main body and the flap of the mount, so even if the dry cell is rotated, the film tube will not move. Not only is there no risk of the batteries clinging to each other as they rotate, each battery is placed on the smooth surface of the flap, and the smooth surface is used as a base for easy rotation. If the rolls are pressed against the outer peripheral surface portions and rotation is transmitted, the dry cells are easily driven to rotate, and the direction of each dry cell can be changed to a desired phase.

The dry battery circumferential adjustment mechanism j includes a pair of rolls 21 and 22 that can be pressed against the exposed outer peripheral surfaces of the two inserted dry batteries 15 and 16, respectively, and a power source that rotates each of the pair of rolls. For example, motors 23 and 24 and clutches and brakes 25 and 2 that manage the transmission of their power.
6 and an endless belt 27, for example, (
The rotation control system includes pattern detection sensors 28 and 29 such as analog visual sensor model 71X manufactured by Technos Co., Ltd. In FIGS. 5 and 6, rolls 21 and 2
The shafts 21a and 22& of the two shafts are both rotatably supported between the respective upper ends of a pair of single levers 30 and 31, and the shafts 21a and 22& of the motor 24 are connected to a pulley 32 provided at one end of the shaft.
The endless belt 27 is connected to the pulley 33 provided at 4a.
are connected. Note that the lower end portions of the levers 30 and 31 are rotatably supported on the shafts 23a and 24a of the motor, and their intermediate portions are connected to one end portion of links 34 and 35, respectively, and A cam follower is provided at the other end that contacts the cam. Therefore,
A pair of dry batteries 15 and 16 are a pair of rolls 21 and 22
When the levers 30 and 31 are angularly displaced by the displacement of the links 34 and 35, the circumferential surfaces of the rolls 21 and 22 at their upper ends are pressed against the outer circumferential surfaces of the dry batteries 15 and 16, The clutch 25 is activated by the pressure signal.
and 26 are engaged, the power of each motor 23 and 24 is transmitted to each roll 21 and 22, and each roll is rotated. The circumferential surfaces of the rolls 21 and 22 are made of a friction-rich material, such as rubber, or have an uneven surface, so that their rotation is transmitted to the circumferential surfaces of the dry batteries 15 and 16. Since each dry cell is in contact with the smooth upper surfaces of the flap portions 1b and 1C, it can be rotated without resistance. When the pattern detection sensors 28 and 29 detect the eye mark or trademark or company name display on the peripheral surface of the dry cell batteries, the signals are sent to the brakes 25 and 26, respectively, and the rotation of the dry cell batteries is stopped. The display of the trademark or company name both stands still in a rotational phase facing upward.

g) Effects of the invention As detailed above, the pair of dry batteries 17 and 18 inserted into the tube 9a are connected to each folding flap part 1b and l.
Since the rear end edges of the tube 9a are firmly restrained by the flaps, the tube 9a smoothly follows the rotation of the pair of rolls 21 and 22, and its angular displacement in the circumferential direction is prevented. m9! Now you can do it. Therefore, the operation of moving the trademark or company name display to the front circumference of the dry battery, which had previously been done manually, can now be accomplished automatically, quickly, reliably, and easily using a machine, which reduces the number of units produced. It has now become possible to realize a significant increase in production costs and a reduction in production costs.
