It is starting to spread rapidly. However, in reality, transcription is noisy, and improvements are desired.

Since the transfer is carried out from within the resin, there is almost no transfer of the resin itself, so there is essentially little peeling noise. However, the thermal energy required is 2 to 3 times that of the latter method. The sticking sound caused by the so-called "sticking phenomenon" in which the head is fused to the head becomes intermittent.

解決策が種々提案されいる(特開昭61−189992

等)。On the other hand, in the latter method, the wax, pigment, and thermoplastic resin as a binder are all transferred to the transferred object by the heat from the thermal head, so peeling noise is inherently likely to occur. However, even in this latter case, it has been thought that most of the sound during transcription is due to stick sounds, and various solutions have been proposed (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 189999-1982).

It may also have a layered structure. These thermofusible release layers and thermofusible adhesives may be formed from mixtures containing amide or imide compounds or waxes and thermoplastic resins. This amide or imide compound or wax has a melting point of 50~
It is preferable to choose one with a temperature of 100°C.
