Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform long-time printing in high printing duty and to reduce the noise of a printer, by filling a printing head with a resin having good heat conductivity and vibration absorbability. CONSTITUTION:The space 21 of a magnet part is filled with a synthetic resin 19 having good heat conductivity and vibration absorbency. When no current flows to a coil 17, an armature 5 is attracted to a core 15 by a permanent magnet 11. When a current flows to the coil 17, magnetic force negating the attraction force due to the permanent magnet 11 is generated and a leaf spring 7 is released and a printing wire 1 flies out by the stored spring force of said spring to perform printing. When the current of the coil 17 is cut off, the armature 5 is attracted to the core 15 by the permanent magnet 11. By filling the space 21 of the magnet part with the synthetic resin 19 having good heat conductivity and vibration absorbency, the heat generated when a current flows to the coil 17 is easy to conduct and the rising in the temp. of a printing head is suppressed low and the vibration generated by the collision at the time when the armature 5 is attracted to the core 15 is absorbed.

Conventional devices do not have any countermeasures against the noise of the print head itself, and noise countermeasures for the printer as a whole, such as covering the entire printer with a soundproof box, are widely used as described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 60-191459. . However, if the printer is covered with a soundproof box, ventilation inside the printer will be poor and the temperature of the print head will increase significantly. Another disadvantage is that the soundproof box requires a large installation area for the printer. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As mentioned above, in the conventional technology, the temperature rise of the print head is large and the installation area is large, so although it is bothered by the printing noise of the printer, It is often used without a soundproof box. Furthermore, the soundproof box is large enough to cover the printer, making it expensive. An object of the present invention is to provide a wire dot printer with low printing noise while keeping the temperature rise of the print head small, without increasing the installation area of the printer by providing a soundproof bundle, and with inexpensive countermeasures. There is a particular thing. Further, since the wire operates at high speed, there is a rebound phenomenon after printing returns, which affects the next printing operation and causes variations in the next printing force. This results in uneven printing and deteriorates printing quality. [Means for solving the problem] This noise can be achieved by filling the inside of the print head, which is the source of printing noise, with a resin having good heat conduction and vibration absorption properties. Moreover, variations in printing force can be prevented by providing damping to the leaf spring. [Function] The inside of the print head is filled with a resin that has good heat conduction and vibration absorption properties. This improves the thermal conductivity of the print head and enables continuous printing for long periods of time even at high print duty. Furthermore, it is possible to provide a wire dot printer with less vibration in the print head and less printing noise. In addition, since the filled resin acts on the leaf spring part in the opposite direction, which is inversely proportional to the speed of the leaf spring, the action of the leaf spring is attenuated. This can prevent splashing. [Example] Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, a printing wire 1 for printing with dots is connected to an armature 5 and a leaf spring 7. A permanent magnet 11 and a core 15 are joined to the yoke 9, and a coil 17 is attached to the core 15. Further, the magnet space 21 is filled with a synthetic resin 19 having good heat conduction and vibration absorption properties. When no current flows through the coil 17, the armature 5 is attracted to the core 15 by the permanent magnet 11. Therefore, the leaf spring 7 is deflected. When the spring force is stored and a current flows through the coil 17, a magnetic force is generated that cancels the attractive force of the permanent magnet 11, and the plate spring 7 is released and the stored spring force causes the printing wire 1 to pop out and print. will be carried out. Thereafter, by cutting off the current in the coil 17, the armature 5 is attracted to the core 15 again by the permanent magnet 11. 3 is a lever, and 13 is a spacer. FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of a conventional print head. In the conventional print head, an epoxy casting resin 23 was inserted into the magnet space 21 to improve heat conduction and prevent the coil from shifting. FIG. 3(a) shows how the vibrations generated by the collision when the armature 5 is attracted to the core 15 are transmitted, so,
s, s! This is shown in . As you can see in this diagram,
Epoxy resins and the like have high hardness and poor damping properties, so vibrations are transmitted in all directions, resulting in increased noise. In the present invention, by filling the magnet space 21 with a synthetic resin 19 having good heat conduction and vibration absorption properties, the coil
The heat generated when current flows through the print head 7 can be easily transferred, and the temperature rise of the print head can be suppressed to a small level. In addition, the vibrations generated by the collision when the armature 5 is attracted to the core 15 are
Indicated by As can be seen from this figure, in the So direction, the synthetic resin 19 has good vibration absorption, so that the vibrations generated from the print head can be reduced, and the noise caused by the vibrations can be reduced. In addition, in FIG. 4, the printing wire 1 is displaced by the leaf spring 7, but since the synthetic resin 19 is in contact with the leaf spring 7, the leaf spring 7 moves toward the core 15, causing a rebound action. It can be prevented. (Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, printing can be performed for a long time with a high printing duty, and the noise of the printer can be reduced.
