で連繋操作する駆動モータ13を含む駆動系等を具備し
て構成されている。
ここで第5図に明示されているように、前記のマドラ収
容部7は図示のように多数のマドラ5を横向き姿勢に積
み上げて一括収容するホッパ形容器として成り、その底
壁が傾斜面として成り、かつ底壁と前面壁との間にスリ
ン)7aが開口している。
またマドラ保持部8はその板の裏面側中央に直径方向の
マドラ受容溝14を形成した回転円板として成り、前記
本体基板6の右側に開口した窓15内に嵌合した上で窓
15の周縁複数箇所に取り付けたガイドローラ16の間
に挟持して回転可能に担持されている。なお基板6には
前記窓15に通じてその下部には切込み溝としてのマド
ラ搬出口17が開口している。
一方、前記中継移送手段のスライド板9は、マドラ収容
部7の底部に開口した前記スリット7a内に差し込んで
上下方向に移動可能にガイド支持されており、かつその
中央部には横方向にマドラ受容溝18が開口している。
さらに中継プッシャarmlOは前記したマドラ保持部
8におけるマドラ受容溝14の水平位置に合わせてその
後方に配備された往復動式のプッシャ板19と、該プッ
シャ板19に係合した揺動式操作レバー20から成る。
またマドラ整列機構11は、支軸21に取付けた2本の
整列アーム22.揺動リンク23.連接リンク24から
成り、整列アーム22をマドラ収容部7の底板に開けた
スリット25へ臨ませて取付け、かつ揺動リンク23に
突設したピン26が前記スライド板9に設けたコ字形保
合片27の溝内に係合して組立られている。
次にマドラ搬出手段としてのプッシャ機構12は、回転
ドラム28.一端をドラム28に固定して巻き付けた可
撓性のある押しばね29から成り、先記したマドラ保持
部8と並べて本体基板6の左側に開口した窓30内にド
ラム28を配置した上で、ドラム28から引出した押し
ばね29の先端が先記したマドラ搬出口17と窓15を
挟んで対向する反対側の頂部に開口するように形成した
本体基板6のガイドll31内に敷設されている。
なおマドラ搬出口17の通路内には第4図に示すように
マドラ保持部8の受容溝内に保持されたマドラが搬出口
17を通じて下方へ自由落下するのを防止するためにば
ね式のストッパ32が配備されている。
さらに先記した駆動モータ13の出力軸13aと前記各
部のマドラ保持部8.スライド板9.中継プフシャ機構
10.およびマドラ搬出用プッシャ機構12との間がそ
れぞれカム、リンク機構を組合せた伝動機構を介して連
繋結合されている。ここで符号33はマドラ保持機構8
の回転円板に連結した駆動リンク、34はその復帰ばね

作によりマドラ収容部7から取出した1本のマドラ5が
受容保持されている。またスライド板9は下降位置に、
中継プッシャ機構lOは後方に後退位置しており、さら
に搬出プッシャ機構12の押しばね29は回転ドラム2
8に巻取られて後退した状態にある。なおマドラ整列機
構11はその整列アーム22がマドラ収容部7内に突出

括収容するマドラ収容部と、マドラ収容部から取り出し
たマドラを受容するマドラ受容溝を有し、かつ該受容溝
を待機位置では横向きに、搬出位置では本体下部に開口
するマドラ搬出口に臨ませて縦向きに変える回転式のマ
ドラ保持部と、前記マドラ収容部からマドラを横向き姿
勢のまま1本宛取り出して待機位置するマドラ保持部の
受容溝内へ受け渡す中継移送手段と、マドラ保持部の受
容溝内に受容されたマドラをその搬出位置でマドラ搬出
口を通じて飲料入りカップ内へ向けて上方より押出し式
に搬出させるプッシャ式のマドラ搬出手段と、および前
記各部を搬出指令により所定の順序で連繋操作するモー
タ駆動系とを具備して構成したことを特徴とするカップ
式飲料自動販売機のマドラ搬出装置。 2)特許請求の範囲第1項記載のマドラ搬出装置におい
て、マドラ収容部はその底部を傾斜面としたホッパ形容
器であることを特徴とするカップ式飲料自動販売機のマ

て、マドラ収容部が中継移送手段に連動して作動するマ
ドラ整列機構を備えていることを特徴とするカップ式飲

て、マドラ保持部が板面中央部に形成した直径方向のマ
ドラ受容溝を有し、かつ横向き待機位置と縦向き搬出位
置との間で交互に回転操作される回転式円板であること

て来たマドラを待機位置するマドラ保持部の受容溝内へ
向けて押出し式に受け渡す中継プッシャ機構とからなる

て、マドラ搬出手段がが回転ドラムと、該ドラムの周上
