Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the splash of toner to the outside by allowing a rotary body to be contacted with the toner adhesion surface of a seal member at the time of drawing out the seal member arranged between a toner container and a developing device to outside. CONSTITUTION:The collar parts A, B of the toner container 11 storing toner 12 and the seal member 13 are thermally fused and sealed up. The seal member 13 extended from the point B and 360 deg.C reversely arranged at the point A is drawn in the arrow direction and the toner is dropped into the developing device 17 and carried to a developing part by a magnetic roll 18. When the surface of the rotary body 14 to be contacted with the seal member is formed by carbon fibers or metallic fibers, the toner can be dropped by removing electro static adhesive force or using mechanical scraping force and the toner is stuck to the surface of an adhesive member. Thereby, the toner can be prevented from being splashed to outside.

In the conventional toner cartridge, when the sealing member is peeled off in order to replenish toner into the developing device, toner adheres to the sealing member. This adhered toner scatters outside the developing device, reducing the reliability and life of the electrophotographic device. Another disadvantage is that it causes environmental pollution and dirty hands.

By pulling out the sealing member in the direction of the arrow, the sealing member is peeled off from the toner container from part A to part B, and the toner in the toner container falls into the developing device 17 and is replenished. The toner replenished into the developing device is transferred to Magroller 1.
At step 8, the image is transported to the developing section. When the adhering toner 16 replaced with the sealing member passes between the end B of the toner container and the rotating body, if the surface of the rotating body is made of carbon fiber or metal fiber, it is removed by aS scraping force or By causing the toner to lose its electrostatic adhesion, the toner falls into the developing device as removed toner 15. Further, when the surface of the rotating body is an adhesive member, the adhered toner is transferred from the seal member to the adhesive member. Therefore, the toner attached to the seal member can be removed from the seal member by dropping it into the developing device or by transferring it to the adhesive member.

The rotating body rotates clockwise by pulling out the seal member in the direction of the arrow. Furthermore, the shaft of the 0-rotator, which applies a constant pressure by applying a spring to the rotor and part B of the toner container, is made of aluminum or a plastic molded product, but when carbon fiber or metal fiber is formed on the surface. It is desirable to use aluminum material and ground it.
