PURPOSE:To change a noise to a comfortable sound to improve an environment, by providing an output device which is driven with an action signal to a movable part of a printer to generate a comfortable sound other than a printing noise. CONSTITUTION:A printing head 1 operates on the command from a printing controller 11 and a transverse-feed motor 4 operates on the command from a transverse-feed controller 12 to feed the printing head 1 transversely with printing.
