上述した従来のプリンタの用紙送り装置にあっては、用
紙送り中に用紙が左右にずれて斜行しないように用紙人
し1部に小さな突起を形成して斜行防止ガイドとし、用
紙の左右両側縁を強制的に規制することとしたため、用
紙が傾くにつれ、用紙が斜行防止ガイドを乗り越え、用
紙傾きの補正の役に立たなかったり、用紙がガイドで圧
縮され、シワになり用紙が切れてしまうこととなる等の

側縁対応位置に配設した用紙の傾きを検出する検知部と
、諜検知部の検出した用紙の傾き状態に応じて上記各プ
ラテンローラの回転を変化させる回転駆動部とを備える

ッチ5からはなれると、コントロール部はモータ7と8
を同じように駆動させる。なお、本発明では用紙検知手
段としてスイッチを用いているが、光電スイッチ等、他
の検知手段を用いて同等効果を得られることはいうまで

ことにより、用紙の送り量を制御し、用紙の斜行を補正
