A detailed description will be given below with reference to the drawings. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes the outer casing of the lighter, and the open upper surface of the lighter is opened and closed by a lid 2 pivotally attached to one side thereof. A fuel tank equipped with a burner valve device is housed in the exterior casing 1 as is conventionally known, and a burner nozzle 3 projects upward from the upper surface of the exterior casing 1. A lid opening/closing means 4 for biasing the lid 2 in the opening or closing direction, a pyrotechnic file wheel 5, and a flint storage means 6 for storing a flint to be pressed by the pyrotechnic file wheel 5 are arranged in the upper part of the fuel tank. will be established. Reference numeral 7 denotes a rotary wheel for rotating the ignition file wheel 5, and a part of the rotary wheel 7 is attached to the outer casing 1 for rotation operation with a finger.

The main body member 8 includes a fixing plate part 12 fixed to the inside of the exterior casing 1 or the upper part of the fuel tank with a set screw 11, and a flint storage part 14 having a flint storage hole 13 horizontally penetrated therein, The flint file wheel 5 is received at the front of the flint storage portion 14 in alignment with the front of the flint storage hole 13. The flint storage section 14 is made up of substantially two upright plates arranged parallel to each other with an interval, and the upper portions of the opposing inner surfaces are recessed in an arc shape to form the flint storage hole 13. The stone pushing spring 10 is located below the flint storage hole 13 and the pin 15 is inserted between two plates.

The connecting plate 18 is formed to have a thickness slightly smaller than the distance between the two parallel plates constituting the flint storage section 14, and can freely slide back and forth between the two plates. As shown in FIG. 3, the rear surface of the connecting plate 18 is cut off diagonally, and an obliquely extending spring receiving groove 19 is recessed therein. Receiving surface 20
is formed. Preferably, a slope 21 is formed continuously on the horizontal spring receiving surface 20, and the joint portion of both surfaces 20 and 21 is used as a spring stopper.

る。 When the opening/closing plate 17 is moved backward, that is, in a direction away from the pyrotechnic file wheel 5 to replace the flint, the flint insertion opening 23 is opened and the free end 10a of the flint spring 10 is placed on the horizontal spring receiving surface 20. , and the direction of action of the tension of the stone pusher spring 10 changes to the direction in which the stone pusher member 9 is raised. As the stone pushing member 9 rises, the upper surface 16a of the stone pushing rod 16 is pressed against the upper surface 13a of the flint storage hole 13 as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, and a strong frictional force is generated between the two.
The stone pushing member 9 is maintained at the retreated position, and there is no fear that it will return to the front. The point at which the stone pushing member 9 retreats and stops at that position can be confirmed by the shock that is transmitted to the fingertip when the free end 10a of the stone pushing spring 10 moves from the spring receiving groove 19 to the horizontal spring receiving surface 20. Remove the finger from the opening/closing plate 17 and insert a new flint 22 from the flint insertion opening 23.

The free end 10a of the stone pusher spring 10 moves into the spring receiving groove 19, and the tension of the spring comes to act forward, so the stone pusher member 9 returns to the front under the tension of the spring, and the stone pusher member 9 returns to the front under the tension of the spring. The rod 16 presses the flint 22 to bring it into pressure contact with the flint file wheel 5, and the opening/closing plate 17 closes the flint insertion opening 23.

ある。 As shown in FIG. 2, a projecting piece 2 is provided on one side of the opening and closing plate 17.
4 is provided in a protruding manner so that it can be freely pushed against the operation plate 25 fixed inside the lid 2. When the lid 2 is closed, the operation plate 25 is brought into contact with the protruding piece 24, and the stone pushing member 9 is moved. It may be forcefully moved forward. Since the stone pushing member 9 is stopped and maintained in the retracted position simply by the tension of the stone pushing spring 10, the lid 2
It becomes possible to easily move the stone pusher member 9 forward in conjunction with the closing of the stone pusher member 9. In the illustrated embodiment, the operation plate 25 also serves as a pivot plate that pivots one end of the lid opening/closing member 4.
Of course, the operation panel 25 may be configured separately.

のである。 As explained above, according to this invention, the tension of the stone pusher spring 10, which always urges the stone pusher member 9 toward the pyrotechnic file wheel 5, is applied upward when the flint stone is moved back to replace the pyrotechnic file. The upper surface of the stone pushing rod 16 is brought into pressure contact with the upper surface of the flint storage hole 13 in such a manner that the stone pushing member 9 is stopped at the retreated position and maintained in that state by the strong frictional force generated between both surfaces. As a result, the retraction of the flint pusher member 9 for replacing the flint and its maintenance can be done simply by moving the flint pusher member 9 backwards, making the operation extremely simple, and the retracted flint pusher member 9 can be moved back. Since there is no need for any special structure or means for maintaining the retracted position, the structure is simple and manufacturing costs can be reduced.
