従来例の構成とその問題点
一般にこの種のジユーサは第1図に示すように
電動機1を内蔵した駆動部の本体2と、この本体
2の上部に着脱自在に設けられた調理容器体3よ
りなり、前記調理容器体3内には前記電動機1の
回転軸4に結合して回転させられる無孔壁の分離
篭5を有しており、前記分離篭5の内側に着脱自
在に嵌合するフイルタ6を設け、内底部には上面
に刃7をもつ平板状のカツタ8を固定し、調理容
器体3用の蓋9に設けた投入口10より材料を前
記カツタ8上に供給し、押し込棒11で前記材料
をカツタ8に押しつけるように構成されている。
なおフイルタ6は側部にジユースを通過させるス

をも変形することが困難で、実際には粉砕物が剥
