Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an ordinary ventilator in addition to a ventilator of heat exchange type to take advantage in economy and pleasantness and provide a device with easiness of maintenance by providing a damper unit which can be opened and closed freely not via a heat exchanger and partitions the suction port in a room and discharge port out of the room. CONSTITUTION:When either the air in a room or the air out of the room is passed through a heat exchanger 7, if a damper 14 is closed and a ventilator of heat exchange type is operated, the air in the room is sucked from the suction port 2 on the indoor side by a blower 10 for discharge air and passes through a rough dust filter 9 and through a heat exchanger 7 and discharged from the discharge port 5 on the outdoor side, and the air out of the room is sucked from the suction port 4 on the outdoor side from a blower 13 for supply air and passes through a filter 12 of medium performance and through a heat exchanger 7 and sucked into the room from a discharge port 3 on the indoor side. Next, when the air in the room is not passed through a heat exchanger 7 and only the air in the outdoor is passed through the heat exchanger 7, if the damper 14 is operated by opening it, the air in the room goes via a damper unit 15 and not through the heat exchanger 7 but goes out from the discharge port 5 on the outdoor side to the outdoor without going through the heat exchanger 7, and the air in the outdoor is sucked in the same way as when the damper is closed through the heat exchanger 7 and from the discharge port 3 on the indoor side.

In addition, an outdoor suction port 4 and an outdoor discharge port 5 communicating with the outdoors are provided on the other side. Inside the main body 1, a square prism heat exchanger 7 is provided which forms an air passage surface 6 and is inclined at 45 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane. In the exhaust passage 8 that discharges indoor air to the outdoors, a coarse dust filter 9 is provided on the downstream side of the heat exchanger 7, and an exhaust blower 10 is provided on the upstream side. A medium-performance filter 12 is provided on the downstream side of the heat exchanger 7 in the air passage 11, and an air supply blower 13 is provided on the upstream side. A damper unit 15 is provided on the lower surface of the main body 1, and is provided with a damper 14 that partitions the exhaust passage 8 that forms the indoor suction port 2 and the outdoor discharge port 5 so as to be openable and closable without passing through the heat exchanger 7. The damper 14 is removably mounted on the same surface as the heat exchanger element and the extraction side surface 16.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments above, according to the present invention, the damper is closed during heating and cooling to perform heat exchange ventilation, and outside air is directly supplied indoors during the intermediate seasons such as spring and autumn, unlike conventional methods. Heat exchange ventilation was used even when it was better for economy and comfort, but opening the damper allows normal ventilation, which is advantageous both economically and for comfort. Since it is removably mounted on the same surface as the exchanger extraction side, maintenance can be performed through the inspection hole provided in the ceiling, just like in the past.
