Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a low and a high frequency sound reproducing and to obtain a superior speaker in the easiness of a manufacture due to an adhesive strength and in heat-resistivity by using a sintered plastic as the raw material of a speaker vibration system. CONSTITUTION:The sintered plastic is used as the raw material of a cone 8 and a center cap 9 which form the vibration system of a cone type speaker. Such the speaker can increase its output because the cone is light in weight and has proper flexibility. Because of the porosity of the center cap 9, air in a space formed by a voice coil 10 and the center cap 9 can be easily made to escape, therefore, a sound quality at the time of the low frequency sound reproducing, can be improved, and because the diameter of the pore is stable, the high frequency sound reproducing can be controlled. Because of the porosity of all the surface of the whole vibration system, the strong adhesive strength is obtained. Also because of a sinter-formation good heat-resistivity against a deformation, etc., is obtained.

(Prior art and its problems) The cone (diaphragm), center cap, etc., which are the main parts of the vibration system of conventional cone-shaped speakers, are mostly made of paper, and paper is made of various pulps and fibers. They are mixed appropriately according to the performance of the speaker, and then formed into paper.

The reason why paper is used for the vibration system, particularly for the cone, is that it satisfies the physical conditions necessary for cone paper. but,
Paper is sensitive to humidity, and flame-retardant treatment increases costs and has the drawback of deteriorating sound quality.

In addition, plastic cone paper and ceramic cone paper are both used as a unit of material.
It is not a desirable material because it causes a decrease in sound pressure level. Furthermore, plastic cone paper, particularly polypropylene, has the disadvantage of poor adhesiveness. Both materials have drawbacks when used as speaker cone paper.

There are center caps made of relatively breathable cloth or paper with a ventilation hole in the center and a breathable cloth pasted on, but these have the drawbacks of increased cost and deterioration of sound quality. In addition, plastic center caps have a high density and deteriorate the sound quality, and PETP (yf! polyethylene, terephthalate) center caps have low heat resistance, deforming at about 80 degrees, and easily burning.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention (1) was proposed in view of the above points, and its purpose is to suppress sound quality deterioration without reducing SPL, and to improve low-frequency sound quality. Our goal is to provide speakers with improved performance.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a speaker for explaining the present invention. A gasket 6 is attached to the upper end of the frame 5 fixed to the frame 3! A cone 8 is attached via the 5 edge 7, a center cap 9 is provided at the center of the lower part of the cone 8, and a devin 11 around which a disc coil 10 is wound is fixed to the lower end. This is a cone-shaped speaker that is movably attached to the frame 5 via a bottle 11 and a hole 12.

(b) Since the center cap is porous, the air in the space formed by the disc coil 10 and the center cap 9 can easily escape, which improves low frequency reproduction, especially the sound quality, and also stabilizes the pore diameter of the material. This allows you to control high frequency playback.
