Claims (1)
- フレームを吸着する吸着パツドに接続された管
路を分岐し真空発生装置および圧力空気発生装置
にそれぞれ接続すると共に、前記管路の途中に、
吸着パツド側の管路を選択的に前記真空発生装置
あるいは圧力空気発生装置に連通する制御手段を
設けたことを特徴とするフレーム搬送装置。
